Had an appointment for today but they text me to tell me that I have have to call them again to reschedule. When I call them to get a new appointment they tell me that I would need to wait another two weeks again.

We had this company out and told us it was our fuse box not AC. Called our electrician out and looked at our fuse box and said it is your AC. AC blowing hot air. Called Goettl back made appointment. The day of appointment they called and had to cancel because they were to busy. I was very disappointed because they diagnosed it incorrectly the first time. We have spent money on electrician that wasn't needed. Also stayed in Hotel because it is 91 degree in our house and 105 outside and I have MS.

AC started blowing warm air over Labor Day weekend... so i googled Goettl just because of that commercial with the kid on the roof with his Dad holding the flashlite. What a joke!!! and their motto is ""we do things the right way , not the easy way"" Basically they are like Jiffy Lube where they try to sell you everything under the sun and they tell you this could go bad that's going bad this is outdated this needs to be bigger it's crazy the bill they come up with all I wanted was some cold air out of my air conditioning and the bill started at $3000 and that is not including the Freon I was beside myself then I asked what what about if I just get a new unit he said all that will be $15,000!!!
When they first walk in your house they give you a little toy puppy and a flashlight really really bizarre and creepy so I told the guy I'm going to get a second and third opinion go ahead and take your little puppy dog and flashlight back!!! The very next AC repair man that came over Literally fix the problem in 15 minutes it cost me $350!!!
Goettl is a freakin JOKE!!!!
Basically stealing from hard-working folks trying to make it in this lousy economy!!! I still cannot believe that just happened this morning !!! please please do not use that sorry ass company!!!! Tim Newbury Park, Ca

Made appointment in morning, after arrival time they called to say they couldn't actually arrive that day. Left me with a clog, wouldn't have hired them if they weren't going to be available.

Our AC isn't working we called last night and we're told they would be out between 9-1. I just called to confirm and see a time and they said due to the person that made the appointment on the phone with me last night being out of state, they will be unable to come today as they have no room! THEY WENT BACK ON SOMTHING THEH BOOKED WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR NEEDS

I almost cancelled my appointment after reading all the bad reviews here, but I didn't and i'm glad I didn't. Jacob looked at my AC unit and let me know everything that needed to be done now and what could wait until finances were in better shape. He explained everything he was doing and was very transparent about it. He did a great job and I would definitely use him again! Thanks, Jacob!

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! My air conditioning went out and I called to schedule an appointment for the following day. I received a time window and a confirmation. Everything started off very well and all correspondence was professional. However, the day of the appointment, things changed dramatically.

The technician showed up 1.5 hours late, 'diagnosed' my problem, and told me that a few parts were faulty. He verbally quoted me over $1,000 to fix the issue, but strongly recommended a replacement unit which he said started at around $15,000. The $1,000 quote for repairs sounded high, but we were desperate for some relief in the 100+ degree weather and asked if he had the parts in his van. He said he did, so we asked him to invoice us and do the repairs. Then, he said that the repair wouldn't last and that he ""didn't want to take my money"" only to have the problem come back at some random point. After trying a few more times to sell me on an overpriced replacement unit, along with financing options, he packed his things up and left. He didn't leave a quote for repairs or anything else. Just an invoice for the $89 service charge.

Luckily, I smelled something fishy, researched the parts that he said were faulty, bought the direct name-brand replacements for $48.63, and performed the repair myself in ~10 minutes. It was literally plug-and-play. These people are a joke. Give your money to an honest and deserving business!

My kitchen sink was clogged and I called Goettl Plumbing. Gustav came over and within a short period of time fixed the problem. His expertise and knowledge and explanation of his work was great. He also checked all drains and water pressure throughout the house. Gustav is a kind thoughtful person and excellent plumber.
I will not only call Goettl plumbing for future problems but will also highly recommend Goettl Plumbing to my friends.

Very poor service. They spent so much time trying to sign me up for for an extended warranty which I don't need in light of our air conditioning and heating being two years old. I then got cancellation calls from them for two straight days and ended up getting another company to snake one of our shower drains. This company seems to just want to bill you and not do the agreed upon work
