Made appointment in morning, after arrival time they called to say they couldn't actually arrive that day. Left me with a clog, wouldn't have hired them if they weren't going to be available.

Our AC isn't working we called last night and we're told they would be out between 9-1. I just called to confirm and see a time and they said due to the person that made the appointment on the phone with me last night being out of state, they will be unable to come today as they have no room! THEY WENT BACK ON SOMTHING THEH BOOKED WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE LOOK ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR NEEDS

I almost cancelled my appointment after reading all the bad reviews here, but I didn't and i'm glad I didn't. Jacob looked at my AC unit and let me know everything that needed to be done now and what could wait until finances were in better shape. He explained everything he was doing and was very transparent about it. He did a great job and I would definitely use him again! Thanks, Jacob!

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! My air conditioning went out and I called to schedule an appointment for the following day. I received a time window and a confirmation. Everything started off very well and all correspondence was professional. However, the day of the appointment, things changed dramatically.

The technician showed up 1.5 hours late, 'diagnosed' my problem, and told me that a few parts were faulty. He verbally quoted me over $1,000 to fix the issue, but strongly recommended a replacement unit which he said started at around $15,000. The $1,000 quote for repairs sounded high, but we were desperate for some relief in the 100+ degree weather and asked if he had the parts in his van. He said he did, so we asked him to invoice us and do the repairs. Then, he said that the repair wouldn't last and that he ""didn't want to take my money"" only to have the problem come back at some random point. After trying a few more times to sell me on an overpriced replacement unit, along with financing options, he packed his things up and left. He didn't leave a quote for repairs or anything else. Just an invoice for the $89 service charge.

Luckily, I smelled something fishy, researched the parts that he said were faulty, bought the direct name-brand replacements for $48.63, and performed the repair myself in ~10 minutes. It was literally plug-and-play. These people are a joke. Give your money to an honest and deserving business!

My kitchen sink was clogged and I called Goettl Plumbing. Gustav came over and within a short period of time fixed the problem. His expertise and knowledge and explanation of his work was great. He also checked all drains and water pressure throughout the house. Gustav is a kind thoughtful person and excellent plumber.
I will not only call Goettl plumbing for future problems but will also highly recommend Goettl Plumbing to my friends.

Very poor service. They spent so much time trying to sign me up for for an extended warranty which I don't need in light of our air conditioning and heating being two years old. I then got cancellation calls from them for two straight days and ended up getting another company to snake one of our shower drains. This company seems to just want to bill you and not do the agreed upon work

I scheduled an appointment for a quote on a new HVAC system using Goettl's online portal. I got a confirmation email and a text the morning of the appointing asking me to acknowledge the 4 hr window. Someone then called to further confirm my availability. I again confirmed.

I started to suspect that maybe no one would show after I asked for heads-up from the tech when he was on his way. I called the service desk and ... wouldn't you know it ... he will not be available until after the agreed upon time.

To echo what others have said, what is the point of these scheduling systems (not cheap, btw), when their own resources can't do their part? I've asked four other companies for a quote and ALL were on time.

I called because the commercials suggest a very customer focused operation. This experience feels far from that. Thanks for the lesson before I wrote the check.

After listening to Goettle ads on the radio, I was happy to hear that they were servicing my area. I called them right away. However, after the two hour inspection and review of everything that needed to be done, and being told that the owner would call me the following Wednesday to discuss replacement of the HVAC, the call never came. I called and the lady said she would make sure the owner called. He never did. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! SO I AM ADVISING ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO NOT WASTE THEIR TIME WITH GOETTLE. I went to another business and am VERY PLEASED with their service!!!

Deceptive business practices. Asked me to sign a form ""to show their boss they were there"", but it was actually a contract for services. And a deceptive contract at that which referenced an attachment wasn't shown. When the manager called the techs to talk to me, the techs hastily and suspiciously interrupted him before he could talk, and told him I had ""refused to sign"". I never did get a quote. But I did get a free stuffed animal and a cheap flashlight, so the morning wasn't a complete waste.
