These people are awful. They do not come when they are scheduled and simply do not care. I've been waiting for 5 hours for someone to come. I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks ago. I call and they keep giving me the run around. Waste of time.

I will not take it as an away from my previous remark's about the company however since then I've had some difficulty with them and I'm really disappointed I am and they did not finish the job completely and it did not come back and I called him again and it's always that's right girl will come back with this is the second time this is happened even though they were all still say their workers is excellent what they do at Margaret change my mind about that but work is never complete unless it is indeed finished and I'm surprised it after two phone calls on the first time they didn't leave a job this last job they did is still not finished and I'm very disappointed about that item a good company

I called Dutton plumbing on monday 10/29/18 to replace a kitchen faucet. Operator set up appointment for 815 am the following day,got a call saying that they were delayed because os previous commitments. I asked when would they be there,she said we will call you and let me know. 5 calls later this guy shows up at 230 pm with his computer in hand. I ask him whats his hourly rate he says they only bid jobs. I had a new faucet waiting to be installed after waiting all day he looks under the sink and goes on his computer and after 10 minutes he comes up with this Bend me Over price of almost $500.00 for less than one half hour work. I asked him to leave I was so Pissed off. He said what would you pay I said $100.00 to $150.00. He said he needed to call his boss, after 15 minutes he comes back and says he can't because of all these BS excuses. I told him to leave. Just then his boss calls and asks whats the problem and I told him I really don't like being bent over and price gouged. He continued to argue with me for 10 minutes until I finally realized Im an idiot for giving this rip off artist one more moment of my time. The kicker is they have a sign on their truck which states they would recommend their services to their mom, must hate their mom. Seniors especially avoid Dutton Plumbing .I truly believe these unscrupulous sharks are laying in wait to fleece you of your hard earned money.

We were very happy with the work Dutton Plumbing did for us. Our Bathroom toilet was draining slowly and we needed to have it taken care of before it became an emergency. Adam came right out as promised, and took care of the drainage issue. We had the line scoped with a camera to see why the slow drainage was a problem. While the technician was waiting for the camera, he cleaned the hard water stains off the toilet with my pumice stone!! Such great service!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Had an appointment for the afternoon, waited around. Received a call stating all the plumbers are busy and we need to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next morning between8-9, didn't show up until 10am. The technician that arrived by far was the RUDEST, DISRESPECTFUL human being I've ever encountered.

So best advise is DON'T USE THEM!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

It's 3:30 in the afternoon and Dutton just called to tell me their plumbers are all busy on other jobs, which means the service that was scheduled for 10:00 this morning will have to be rescheduled. The woman I spoke with offered me a ""guaranteed appointment"" tomorrow -- which of course led me to ask if I could just skip to a guaranteed appointment every time. She seemed downright indignant in telling me it doesn't work that way. I tried to tell her that yes it does -- it works that way with literally every other plumber, and it used to work that way with Dutton too. This is not the first time this has happened, despite the ""lifetime service contract"" I bought from Dutton several years ago, and I feel like a fool for having given Dutton another try. Clearly other customers are more important than I am. If you try to use Dutton, there will be other customers more important than you.

If you're looking for service that makes you feel like your business is considered second-class, then Dutton is the plumber you should call. If you actually want your plumbing fixed, I would look elsewhere.

Let me start off that I knocked off a star because of their price. After talking with others you have had their house repiped and doing more research, the cost was excessive for only a 1,800 square foot house (2 baths and 2 story). Their slogan says ""We are the plumbers that you would send to your mom's house.... well, your mom better be loaded and not on a fixed income or she will be soaked. I have dealt with them twice in last 6 months. The first time was a semi big job of replacing some of the drains, the second was a huge job removing all the corroded 1950's galvanized pipes and re-piping the house. I was aware from other plumbers and pictures taken in the crawl space that the old pipes were corroded and leaking, so I wasn't surprised about having to replace them. It was long overdue.

Having said that, I do trust them and feel that they have done a good job. I have dealt with about 14 employees from, customer service, dispatchers, field supervisors, and techs. They are an organized, professional company, and every one that I came in contact with were polite, courteous, and professional, and timely. We had a time constraint and they did their best to make sure the job was done, and the inspector came to the house before we left. The tech crew Caleb, Martin, Cole and sorry for the others names I forgot were great. Marc R and Ken J. did a great job coordinating and expediting the whole thing. A special shout out to Edgar P. who is just WOW...... a plumbing wiz!
I would use them again.

If there was an option to give negative stars, I would. Stay away from this company if at all possible. They were called around 9:30am. It is now 4:33pm. They have called every two hours just to say we will call you back in another two hours. They then had the audacity to say we will SEE if we can fit you in tomorrow.This is an example of complete and utter epic fail for a company.

There was no concern in their voice at all.

I guess I should have gotten a clue with the initial phone call when they tried to verify who I was. I live in a guest house on the premises and they asked me if I was given permission to have them come out. Well, lets see....you just called me on my phone.....so..hmm, what do you think.

Stay away seriously.

Update after initial post. They called me back and said they had someone after all that could come out. I said okay. They called 30 minutes later and said the tech was having issues with his vehicle and they would reschedule the next day.

Next day, they call me after noon time and say oh we see where you canceled (I told the home owners to please cancel this service) and I said, yes, your service is no longer needed.

This is by far one of the WORST experiences I have ever had. Again people, STAY AWAY. done~

On September 14th, I was given an appointment for a service call on my two tankless water heaters for Friday September 28th at 8:00am. On Friday, I received calls at 7:43am and 9:53am and 11:38am to tell me they were running late and finally at 1:43pm to tell me they weren't coming at all. We were resceduled for Tuesday, today October 2nd, with reassurance someone would be here. Today, I had an appointment for 9:30am, however I got a phone call at 9:21am that no one was free to come and they would call later. At 11:09am and 1:33pm and finally at 3:48pm to tell no one was available today. However, I could reschedule for next Monday October 15th, but no assurance that someone would be here because all the technicians are very busy. Needless to say I'm looking for a reliable water heater service company and I suggest you do so as well.

First off the customer service via the chat online was great theyGave me all the answers I needed and let me know if someone would be out first thing Monday morning. Monday morning I received a phone call letting me know The answers to some questions I had regarding payment and he don't he would call me back and the technician was on the way. About 30 minutes later I got a call that the technician would be there in 20 minutes.
Jaylyn Was great . he was pleasant friendly and explained everything he was doing .he let me know right away what the price would be after he did a quick diagnostic of the bathroom drain. He was quick and gave me a few helpful tips on how to keep it from reoccurring and he let me know that the job is guaranteed for 90 days and they would come back out if it got re-clogged. I've never had to have a plumber come out before so this was my first experience and it was a great one I would definitely recommend dutton plumbing to anyone I know that needs plumbing services and I would highly recommend jaylyn as well he did a fantastic job
