They are the The most expensive plumbing company out there. I got a quote for $13,000 to go ahead and fix a problem on draining in somewhere else I got $6000 and they actually did more than what this group was going to do. Then I tried them again to get a quote for tankless water heater and it was going to be $8000 and I got a quote for $1500-$1,800.

If I could put no stars, I would. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! THE technician KEPT on trying to upsell me...
my water valve had a very small leak and he said I need to rePIPE my whole house and it's not fixable!!!! Asked him how much he said around $25,000!!!! And will take 5 days to fix!!!!!!!! Said he won't touch it and can't be fixed.. and I needed to pay $39 for service travel of coming over to my house!!!!!
First he tried to charge me $189.. to just simply ""clamp"" it with no warranty and no assurance that it's going to be fixed!!!! like seriously??!!!

We had an excellent experience with DUTTON PLUMBING. We were already previous customers, having had a hot water system put in a year ago. When we initially called them, we thought all we had was a slow toilet. Turned out, it was a major job involving a rusted, broken iron pipe underground, needing to be replaced with modern ABS piping. Our specialist FELIX made a quick diagnosis, and along with KEN they determined (with the help of some high-tech devices) where the problems were, and the major undertaking the fix would take. The next day, the work began, and by day's end we once again had access to running water in the house. It was going to take a few more days for a required city inspection to happen, but once approved, DUTTON was there again to fill in the hole and pour in the cement (all of which had to be dug up, the broken pipe removed, and then replaced with state if the art ABS plumbing). That first night, we noticed that one of the two toilets had a slight leak. A call to their office the next morning resulted in a very quick return of a technician to tighten everything up. These guys are great with follow up! True, it was an expensive undertaking - let's face it, the problem was many decades in the making. But KEN and FELIX explained financing options and made it all work. They gave us a 25-year warranty on their work, transferable to a new owner should the house be sold. FELIX even went so far as to throw in brand new toilets with show-fall lids! FELIX was there for us throughout the entire process, even leaving us his direct phone line once everything was done, should any questions or problems arise. We want to thank FELIX, KEN, MARTIN, J.P., EDGAR, CARLOS, and GABRIEL for all their hard work and diligence. You gentlemen were fantastic, and are excellent representatives of your company!! We absolutely recommend DUTTON PLUMBING for jobs both big and small...

I guess because I owned the house and am a senior with gray hair they thought i was an easy mark. I asked then to replace the toilet and please leave my house.
The next day I called my friend who is an architect and a general contractor and he laughed at their estimates. He opined that they were showing me video of another house and it was fraud. He gave me the name of another plumber that he uses. While waiting for him I started digging up my front yard to expose the sewer line and there were NO CRACKS or leaks after eighteen feet of digging. He said my pipes looked fine for their age. He brought a camera and showed me clear pictures of pipes in good condition. h also said an estimate for the un-needed repairs should be way, way less like 1k-2k and less if I did the digging! So I recommend that you DO NOT call these guys.

Called them and made an appointment early in the morning. Says their tech will be coming around noon. No callback from them to confirm and nobody showed up. Called them again and said tech is delayed and will be coming after lunch. nobody came. Called them again before close of normal business hours to follow up and told me, sorry ... we do not have technicians that can service your drain today and have to reschedule again for tomorrow. Wasted my whole day waiting for them to come.

Andrew H , Call center manager of Dutton Plumbing have read and valued my review. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and made things right. He sent out their technician Leo B . Leo , was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job fixing our clogged sink and left the work area clean.

Dutton came out and gave me multiple options for the various problems I was having, explaining each one and why they felt it was necessary. They provided proof in the form of pictures and video and were over all very professional. While pricey, the piece of mind was definitely worth it.

We called at 8 am to make an appointment for 4. We were NOT told that we were actually making an appointment for a phone call to see if someone was available at 4. We were also not told that this could keep happening day after day and might actually never get an appointment for someone to help. So at 3:45 I was called to say that they would need to reschedule. And was told that my rescheduled appointment could keep being rescheduled forever, without ever actually getting help. I would never use this company for any service. And I will make sure I make everyone I know aware not to use this company.

I received an almost immediate call with a request to make the situation right. I was promised a morning appointment and the technician showed exactly as promised. Even better, as a show of good customer service, the unclogging of my sink was free! If I had to judge on the efforts to make a bad situation right, I give them 5 stars.

I Called them Friday night to unclog a toilet and a slow draining bathtub, they told me that dispatch would call me in the morning, to give me the time the plumber will arrive, the next morning the called to say plumber will be out between 9 am and 10:30 am, and then I got another call that they where running late and they will be there between 12-1: 30 pm, finally they called to cancel and that they will not able to send a plumber until Monday??? What do they expect me to do with only one working toilet that is now plugged? They should have been honest with me from the beginning, they knew early on that they wouldn't be able to service my call, Just be honest and don't waste my time, I could off called other plumbers early on, by that time it was to late for any plumber to come out on Saturday evening, I had to call another plumber that charged me a lot more cause is now considered an emergency call, which I paid them to come out Sunday morning, I do plan on taking Dutton plumbing to court, its not about the Money is about the principle.

Dutton came out in a timely manner and corrected a difficult issue. We needed some follow up help and they were more than willing to come back out and take care of that - same day even! We'll be back and would actually send them to our mom's house like their motto suggests! Thanks guys!

Guy comes out, says he went under the house. That all my cast iron pipes are collapsing in on themselves. Supervisor comes out confirms via scope.... Tech says the need to dig all the pipes under the house out...how I ask? Small shovels he says.

Here's where it gets good.... another plumber comes by to give me a bid, I see them crawl under the house...he comes out with photos.....all my plumbing is above ground and ABS. Except...for about 4'
They basically lied over and over again to me.
My cautionary tale is get several bids .
