I hired this company to come out and provide a second opinion assessment for some sewer issues in my home. We provided the receptionist with extensive background about the issues we were having and she advised they have larger equipment that can get the job done. The technician came out and within 10 minutes, got his cable stuck in the sewer line, which we warned about, and spent the next 45 minutes trying to wiggle it free. No assessment was provided and the equipment was stuck for 5-6 days until another company came and excavated the yard and retrieved the cable. The cable was returned, undamaged to Dusty's, however I received a very high invoice. I completely understand a trip charge, but no actual service was provided. We inquired about the amount of the invoice, to which we received a very unprofessional and rude email back stating the invoice is so high because we did not provide background (which we have the texts to prove we did), and that we are being charged because they were unable to use their machine on other jobs due to it being stuck. I replied to the email requesting more information. I receive no response and have reached out in some way, i.e. called, texted, emailed, Facebook messaged, everyday for the last 2 weeks. No response still and the invoice is due. Extremely rude customer service when they actually respond to you, otherwise little to no customer service. I was/am extremely disappointed with this company and how they choose to run their business, especially as a customer that is just trying to get answers.

Our drain backed up on a Sunday and called a few places. Dusty's was able to fit us in their schedule for Monday. They were professional and knowledgeable. They explained to me what was happening and how they were going to fix it. Excellent company would highly recommend.
