Rude. Son makes promises. Father refuses. You find out because no one ever calls back or shows up and leaves you waiting until you call them back. Then when you're irritated because they left you hanging they offer a system that is oversized over priced. Built for houses that will have several showers running at the same time. They do not give a model number or breakdown of unit cost so they can raise the margins. Says they'll install what you buy but then says no because it's not through their shop. I guess they have enough business because they said they buy over a million dollars worth of hot water heaters a year. I guess they can cheat and overcharge the rich. Not me.

Just a first time homebuyer here. I thought I had a major problem and needed to replace my whole sewer line (as I was told by another plumbing company..grr). I decided to get a second opinion and Dushac came right out. He knew the company and knew their reputation for recommending unnecessary repairs to make a buck. He sent a camera down my line, pointed out exactly what was happening, recommended alternatives and was very professional. He saved us soo much money.
