They have to be the worst plumbers. They came in to move some pipes and they were to come back and hook all plumbing up when we were ready. When they finally showed up, an old man came, put a toilet together and left it in the bedroom. After spending about 45 minutes on the phone, came to us and said we give the client the option to have us hook things up or do it ourselves and he left. Of course never to return. Had to get another plumber not only to hook everything up but to fix all the things they didnt do or didn't do right. I wouldn't give any stars but I can't post until I do. They don't deserve any stars.

I called to have a running toilet fixed. The guy replaced a part and as he was driving away it became apparent that it was still broken. While he did come back later that evening, the thing broke again and they started giving me the runaround when I wanted them to come back again (mind you I paid the first time he was there!). After months of this I requested my money back and the woman in the office got nasty with me. When I finally threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau she told me someone would call me back (no surprise that they didn't) so I actually filed a complaint and am awaiting resolution.
