I called this guy to do what I now have been told should have been a simple job, replacing the faucet on my kitchen sink. I immediately felt as though this man had a bad attitude. I let it go because I figured maybe having a bad day. He did the work fairly quickly and when he was done I looked over the work to see that it was completed properly. That really seemed to upset him. I noticed a very small slow drip the sink. He told me the pipes just needed to ""settle"" and that it would stop in a short time with use. By that evening there was a steady drip and I had to put a pot underneath it. By the next day I was emptying the pot every couple hours. I called him to ask him to come out and repair it. I talked to a woman on the phone who told me she would call him and see when he could come out. After 4 hours I still had not heard back. I called a second time. This time she told me he was really busy and could not get out here for a couple of weeks. I told her that that was unacceptable and that I needed him to stand behind his his work. She told me to hold on. I could hear mumbling in the background as the two of them talked. She came back on and told me that it would be at least two weeks. I was completely exasperated with their service and hung up on her. I had to pay to have another plumber come out. When I told this new plumber what happened she smiled, shook his head, and told me that that happens all the time with this company. Save yourself some time and money and just call somebody else.
