If it's sprinkler or plumbing related, they probably have it. If you don't know exactly what you need, someone at the counter will help you find it. If you don't know exactly how to do it, they'll help. While this is obviously a shop for contractors, the majority of the customers are not experts, and they will happily help. But you do need to ask; the employees are all at the sales counter and assume that if you are prowling around in the stock you already know what your looking for.

The employees at Durk's plumbing supply took the time to understand our needs. We came in with a piece of hose and a connector, and they took looked at the photos of our sink and even called our handy man to make sure the parts were the right size and type. We watched as they took the same amount of care with every customer. I think Bill Bailey has his entire inventory memorized. He and his crew are amazing and helpful. They are truly service oriented. They stand behind the products they sell and I would recommend them to anyone. Bill researched his supplier stock on the sink I wanted, and called me with recommendations the next day.

Super decent hardware/plumbing supply store. Have been here a couple times now.
The store hours and staff work with my schedule and personality.
Store is well stocked but can be a bit pricier than the big box stores but I don't mind because I would much rather shop local.

Absolutely the best place for sprinkler parts and repair. These guys not only have everything but also know how it's works and how to install them. If you need help just ask them! They truly want to give you the best advice. And on top of this they have the best prices!!! All your plumbing needs. Don't go to big box stores and hope they have what you need. Worth passing them by and coming here.

Their plumbing inventory is substantial. I always been able to find the parts I need at Durk's and the workers are friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped me find the correct repair parts and procedures many times. Prices are often comparable with Home Depot and Lowes, plus they have the expertise to help me do the job right the first time and they have parts that many others don't have. If you have guaranteed Moen faucets, they can supply repair parts for just a small return shipping charge which Home Depot and Lowes cannot do. I have been going there for many years.

These guys were great. Very helpful and patient with my questions. I'm also very grateful they were open all day on Saturday. Another plumbing/sprinkler supply place I've gone to is only open in the morning... Well, I don't know about you, but I'm working in the yard all day on Saturday, not just the morning...

I went in, asked my questions, thought of a few more, got the parts I needed and was on my way in no time. I knew the parts I likely needed were not very expensive, but when I asked my questions, and they offered the solution, I realized they could have sold me the more expensive version of what I had explained I thought I needed, but instead, they offered an adapter for half the price of what I was expecting. I got my sprinklers fixed and it was painless. Thanks Mark and everyone at Durk's!

Sometimes you can't beat an independent shop. These guys were open on Saturday and well stocked. Quick and efficient service. Give them a shot for whatever you need.
