If I could give zero stars I would. 1. Communication - never contacted us when he was supposed to, we called and he finally answered but said he didn't check his email (for weeks apparently) and see he was supposed to contact us. He then said he would text us that evening (Monday), and scheduled for arriving at 8 AM that Saturday if he had the email. He never texted back, showed up at 11 AM, looked at it for 5 minutes (when the initial guys who reported it needed a scope to verify the issue) and then goes yeah I got a different brand of replacement, and leaves. When I get the call from the warranty company, his report is on things that he didn't even take the time to look at or describe. And now they're saying they can't replace it because of his false description. Unreal.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Forget the ""big guys"" that advertise on TV. Juan is the real deal. Quality workmanship, great to work with and the best price. Received quotes from several large plumbing houses. They were 1 1/2 to 5 times higher. If you want an honest plumber with fair pricing call Juan

Our water heater failed over Thanksgiving. We picked Duranzo Plumbing based on a family recommendation and are very happy with the work. He was very responsive and completed the installation of a new tankless water heater the next day. Work and clean-up were done well, and they even took care of an unrelated issue with one of our faucets while they was here. It was a small thing, but greatly appreciated nonetheless.

Great work. Professional and reliable. I first used Durazo plumbing to do a hot water re route at one of my properties 56 units.. all occupied Units. He provided temporary hot water and was able to work With the units being occupied. All work was completed before schedule. I highly recommend him for all service and repairs. I've been using them ever since with no complaints.

I selected Durazo Plumbing to install a Lowes Axis 38"" corner shower (rounded base), vanity, & toilet. The shower framing, supply and waste lines were already in place. Juan and his team did a good job. They were easy to work with, showed up on time, worked through some issues with the shower doors, and got the job done. Their pricing was also competitive.

We picked up Durazo Plumbing for our bathtub refinish and new piping and a toilet and vanity install. Unfortunately the workmanship was poor. The tub coat was scratched and unfinished. The install of the new shower head came out uneven to the wall and back splash tiles. The vanity was installed without drywall and even flooring. After mentioning the issues we encountered he failed to follow up to have the bath tub refinished. After we switched to a new contractor we discovered the piping was never changed to the new piping that was promised when he did do work.The pictures attached are what $1500 gets you.

I had a water pressure valve allowing too high a pressure into the house. I called Durazo's Plumbing and they beat several other companies phone quotes and offered a discount for seniors and military. I called Juan Durazo when we noticed our washer valves were frozen. He was recommended by several people on out neighborhood nextdoor group. He asked for the extra information in advance, said when he can come, came in the specified time and fixed the valves.
