""Not going to sell you something you don't need."" Honesty, integrity and high moral values. After receiving several other professional quotes that ranged from total replacement of my water heater to parts not available; I reached out to Emilio. Low and behold, replacement parts are available and Emilio made the necessary repairs in a timely fashion while answering all of my questions that I had regarding the existing unit. My sincere thanks and when the time comes to actually replace my water heater, Durango Plumbing will be the only call I make.

My 93 year old Mom called Durango for a clogged toilet she could not unclog herself. I live 3 hours away and couldn't help unfortunately. I was saddened to hear they quoted her $195 to come out. Yes it was a Saturday however then quoted $145 for the following Monday. Thank you to MR. ROOTER ... my Mom said she called them and they came same day, unclogged the toilet and did not charge her a dime! Look at some of the other one star reviews for Durango Plumbing. Please consumers check around...there are great businesses out there that do not take advantage...MR. ROOTER
She won't be calling them again either!!

I needed help right away with problems regarding my Dad's mobile home. Emilio was so friendly and helpful. He sent Junior out the very next day and took care of all the issues. They installed 2 bathroom facets and half a shower faucet and 1 outside faucet for $620.00! $150.00 for exterior hose bib! Said he usually charges $195.00.
Charged us $150.00 to install toilet but 150.00;to install exterior hose bib!??
Won't use them again!

Great Plumbers. Showed up on time and did a superb job of repipeing my house. Knew what they were doing. Everything included in the bid and NO extras were charged. Did not have to leave my house and was only without water during the change over of a couple of hours. Licensed and Bonded so you can trust them.

Valve to water supply for new refrigerator needed to be replaced. Called Durango Plumping on a Saturday and Emilio scheduled a service call for the following Monday between 9 am and 11 am. He was at my door just after 9 am. and quickly accessed the problem. Because the faulty valve connection which was soldered and above the built-in cut-out he had to cut out an access area to expose the soldered pipe. He was able to make the cut-out and installed the new valve with a threaded attachment making future troubleshooting easy. He sealed the wall cut-out with an access panel and completed the job by cleaning up. The work was professional; communication was great; and cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call on Durango Plumbing should I need a plumber in the future.
