There aren't enough good things to say about Adam Bell and his apprentice Matt. They are the nicest, most conscientious and knowledgeable tradesmen I've ever come across. They go well beyond the usual level to achieve client satisfaction. Came home to no hot water and a puddle at the base of our hot water heater. The Durance crew showed up on time the next day and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue in less than three hours. They quickly realized that the hot water tank was still working properly and the leak was coming from an expansion tank and shut off valve. This saved us a considerable amount of money and the repairs pro-longed the life of our hot water tank and system. The plumbers were professional and courteous and even worked around all the toys in my children's playroom! Definitely recommend them for any plumbing work needed in your house.

So, we have had Durance Plumbing out several times now - for two broken refrigerator lines and once for a pinhole leak in a pipe (due to homeowner error). All three times they have been timely, friendly, and well-priced. Adam even takes the time to educate the homeowners about their plumbing and troubleshoot other possible issues. I cannot rate them high enough!! A reasonable, responsive, and professional plumbing company is worth its weight in gold!!

I almost want to keep these guys as a secret, but in fairness to them they deserve more than a 5-star rating. These guys are terrific! They come in, within the timeframe they set, assess the problem and do the repair for a reasonable fee. They replaced a crumbling leaking p-trap, a kitchen faucet and located and repaired a leak in our bathroom. No crying about how crappy your existing plumbing is; if it's got a problem, they figure it out and and fix it. No unsupervised plumbing technicians sent to do the job , actual master plumbers in your house doing the work, or the master plumber closely supervising the work of their technician. Kirk once came to our house to advise us on the work done by another plumber, no charge. He and Adam are both stand-up guys, willing to get their hands dirty, not just sit back and let people without skills try to do the job. We used to be a frequent customer of a well-known plumbing company which we found to be overly expensive and sadly, lacking in the honesty department. We moved on. And we are so glad we did. It's nerve-wracking having new people as service providers in your home. These guys made me feel comfortable from the outset and their high-quality work did not disappoint.

Adam took care of our heavy water leak problem within our toilets. He looked at more than I asked about. He checked the pressure of our pipes to make sure they were in normal shape.
