I used this company a few years back. I received the same great service this time around for a water heater. The plumber was here on time and installed my new water heater without any issue. They gave me a fair price and that was that. I will continue to use them.

Worse customer service. I called them over the phone and they gave me an estimate between 69 and $85 when the guy came and fixed the problem he's trying to charge me $275 he was here less than 30 minutes and ripped us. Do you guys seriously think that's good customer service they should let you know ahead of time that it's going to cost that much money and I don't believe it did. I'm really upset. Will never use them again.

I wanted to update my review from February of 2014 as I have just finished dealing with these horrible plumbers. I would not recommend them to any one I wish I could pull my previous review. So after they came to fix the toilet, we have a huge leak in the down stairs bathroom, we went through the insurance, these guys started the job and then when they tried to OVER and when I say OVER i mean really OVER charge us and we asked about it, they refused to come back and finish the work, we then had to hire another company to come finish what these idiots had started. They couldn't even have the decency to call us and let us know that they weren't coming back they just stopped showing up, and when we called them to came back they kept saying they were coming and just never showed. Seems kind of child like to me especially for a company. At the same time we had them also replace a water heater which of course now is leaking again. At the time they refused to give us a receipt for the water heater which we thought was odd but they assured us if anything went wrong we wouldn't need a receipt to return it to home depot, and they charged us a supposed extra $400 that they claim they had to pay at home depot, which I found out later was complete bs. What they also forgot to mention when refusing to give us the receipt is if something were to happen with in the first year that the company Rheem will pay for the labor to have it replaced but only if you have a receipt. When i reached out to them for some help on the issue they just said oh we dont keep receipts to bad. So obviously now I have to pay someone else to come get the water heater and return it and put a new one because these idiots were complete assholes and refused to give us a receipt. I hope that no one ever uses them. And I personally will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, for their shaddy actions and the fact that they are just a horrible company, so if you like sneaking stealing plumbers that will take your money and not do the work then by all means these guys are for you. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR FOR THEIR HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

Duran & sons plumbing came to my house to fix our toilet that was overflowing. This company is amazing! They were very nice, very professional and very honest. I would pick this company over any other company in LA. They were fast and know exactly what was wrong. I were having. Bathroom problems for months and my father being a general contractor he tried everything to fix it but nothing worked. James has a lot of knowledge and was able to clean all our stress within minutes. I'm very grateful.

Duran and Sons did some plumbing working for my aunt and uncle a couple of years ago. In order to fix the problem they had to dig up the concrete in the front yard. They did a beautiful job patching it back up and even a added a little something extra for the water hose.

I would recommend Duran & Sons to anyone! I needed a plumber late at night and they sent a technician right away! He was helpful and fixed the problem in no time. Prices are reasonable and they are pleasant to work with.

These guys are great. They were able to show up on the same Morning I called and solved my problem quickly for surprisingly little money. Further, the Plumber was extremely courteous, his truck and equipment were new and he cleaned up the area completely upon finishing.

I suspect the people having trouble with their home warranty insurance aren't familiar with the terms (I have a policy myself and elected not to use it for this visit) and are blaming Duran unjustly. Essentially they are shooting the messenger.
