Excellent service from the first contact. The work was carried out in a timely manner. The staff left my house as if nothing had happened, and perfectly leveled with an unmatched guarantee. Rubén, the supervisor, was always attentive at all times and kept us informed of all the steps during the repair. I hope I will not need their services again but if necessary I would contact them without a doubt.

I did not get any work done by this company, but I thought it was important to explain why. Joe called me and told me that I did not need any work done at this time. I had two other companies come and both stated that I did not really have a real issue that required extensive repair. However, those companies quoted a price to repair minor damages of $4800 and $2800. I really appreciated Joe telling me the truth and requesting me to keep an eye out on a certain area on my house, and if I see my brick widen to please call him back. He said, "when and if I ever needed service, he'd appreciate his company being considered." They are also BBB A+ certified. I will for SURE call them if I need foundation repair.

I'm sorry to say that I have a bad report about this company. They were the first of several companies we interviewed for foundation work. They did not have the proper equipment to measure our foundation then told us that we needed major foundation work. The work was estimated to cost $28,000.00 and they were going to tear up our floors majorly and they did not repair the damage. They also asked that we move out of the house while the work was taking place. The next companies that came in had the proper tools, took time to measure everything and told us that we were within specs and we didn't need foundation repair at all. We just needed maintenance on normal house settling that is common in Houston, TX. Buyer beware when hiring this company!

I'm a Realtor and David is my go to guy! I refer clients and call him use him for inspections. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly Recommend Dura Pier!

After having 4 bids of foundation repair, I decided to go with Dura Pier because of their professionalism, cost, and honesty. John, the consultant, was absolutely wonderful. He answered all my questions, which I have plenty of during the course of 4 weeks. They were willing to work with me with scheduling and cost.
Rebecca, the receptionist/scheduler, is very friendly and helpful. The crew was absolutely wonderful. Digging holes to install the piers required extreme physical strength and patience. Primo, the foreman, stayed with the crew the whole time. They are very careful to be tentative to my water pipes and the sprinkler system. Clemente, the supervisor, checked on me 2 days in a row. They cleaned up very well after the job is done.
I rarely write reviews (due to laziness), but this team stands out with their work ethics, which prompted me to write the review.

My repair was done years ago, multiple cracks were caused BY REPAIR, and very poorly 'patched'. Repaired area had recurrent cracking, and more damage.
staff raised the house to the previous level, dropped it down (moments later), and finally raised up again. The damage done by the up, down, up over just minutes caused widespread damage. On reviewing the repair, the new damage was denied.

Yes, Carter, you make it sound like you are doing everything correct. Major problem. You never put a level or checked in anyway that what you said about the interior is settling. Even though all sgns point to exterior work needing to be done. Most foundation work is a scam.

We have a pier and beam rental property with foundation issues. I have spent a year to look for a good foundation company with reasonable price. I got at least 10 quotes. The Dura Pier is not the cheapest one, but Mr. Davis is the most professional one. He was the only one really took time to look very detailed went through the whole property and very patient to explain everything to me. I am happy I chose their company. The job was done on time. When they went through underneath the building, they found the plumbing leak and report very detailed back to me. Gave me more idea and helped me save some money on plumbing fixed. After they done the job, they clean up very good. I like their professional team and service. I would recommend them.

The crew, led by Primo, showed up on time and went to work immediately. There was no question as to what the issues were and the proposed job, and contract.
Primo led a very faithful and hard working crew, working until 5 p.m., the first day until noonish on the 2nd day, they all deserve credit for hard the hard work and through job.
They were efficient, clean, and through, ensuring what I asked for was done and completed to my expectations.
Thanks again - I have been pleased with Dura-Pier over the years (not necessarily the original foundation of my house - that was the builders fault), but glad Dura-Pier has been able to help when needed and honored their warranty.
Thanks again, and thank you for helping move me up the schedule vs. having to wait for 4-6 weeks for when a crew could be schedule

Good, professional company. Worked well with me to set a schedule, then did the work of installing several piers under my foundation. They lifted the corner of the house that was settling, and that closed the gap in the brick mortar, where it had earlier split during settling. Then applied new mortar of precisely the right color to cover and fill the remaining spots where mortar had fallen out of the crack. They repaired the sprinkler line that was hit--that was probably inevitable, and they took care of it. Price was very much in line with other quality contractors that bid. As a gadget guy, I liked the bolt-locking pier that they offer, and they seemed to go in as expected. Good engineering report upon completion. Seemed like most of the crew members had worked for them many years, so very experienced. Foundation repair is no fun, of course, but this company made it as painless as possible. I'm going to invite them back to bid some drainage work next.
