My kitchen sink backed up Christmas night and overflowed into the ceiling vent below. After attempting to fix the stoppage myself by snaking twice, I contacted Eric. He was at my house within 10 minutes. He had my problem diagnosed, solved and complete within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Dupee Plumbing to anyone.

CONSUMER BEWARE!

Consumers beware if using Dupee Plumbing. What started out as a ""simple"" tank to bowl repair, which should have cost around $300.00 with parts and labor ended up being $785.00. While I have heard good things about Dupee Plumbing and they seemed to do good work I hired them to replace 4 toilet repair kit, which costs about $20.00 per toilet minus labor.

Without a written estimate prior to the work commencing, I was presented with a bill for $785.00, which I was told equated to $120.00 per hour for two workers ($280.00) per hour. To date, this ""so-called"" repair has escalated to over $1,235.00 due to a damaged the wax ring from the upstairs toilet that caused a leak into our formal living room associated with shimmying of the upstairs toilet during tank to bowl repair.

This $1,235.00 does NOT even include the cost for the replacement of the wax ring, formal ceiling and drywall repair now having to completely be repainted. Again, Aquia Harbour and Stafford resident's beware of this overpricing of service and false advertising of Honest & Fair Pricing.

It took a few messages to set up an appointment for estimate and scope the sewage line which had roots inside. Once we connected, Eric was knowledgeable and the estimate competitive. He dug up and replaced the concrete to replace an old pipe in a few hours and cleaned up the debris.
I would use them again if needed...... hopefully not too soon.

I called and emailed company since I read on yelp that they have a very fast response time and professional and I needed a plumber asap for my leaking water heater. I did get a fast initial response asking if I wanted it repaired or replaced, I simply replied I am not sure what I need. I never heard back even when I tried to reach out again. I got the impression that he would only come out for a replacement not a repair! How was I supposed to know what I needed? I am not a plumber that is why I called!

This is the only plumber you need to consider calling. Eric is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is quick with his responses and keeps a tight schedule. He quickly resolved my issue and even went the extra mile to double check things from a secondary perspective which highlighted another issue that would have complicated things for my family and I later down the road. All this remained within his initial $ quote and it gave me the most important thing which was peace of mind for my family. Read the other reviews and see for yourself by giving Dupree a call!

Well though I could not use this Company due to Holiday Schedule on my end....they were just very helpful and willing and I would use them in a heartbeat just based on how I was treated as a non customer, after what I went through I felt I'd give the good plumbers a yelp review, as they work hard and deserve it.

We had an issue with air in our lines and was told our well tank was failing. I asked several plumbing companies how much would they charge me for a well tank. Dupee Plumbing came in with the lowest price. When I looked at their reviews they were all 5 stars. I didn't use them because I needed an appliance repairman vice a plumber. But they were quick, friendly, and helped me find someone else to help me.
