Tim will be all time guy to keep my house in good shape. It is very hard to find someone taht will take on your jobs and actually respond. If you need someone to respond in a timely manner Tim is your guy. If you need someone to give you a good price in todays economy, Tim is your guy. If you need someone that will do a great job, call him.

I needed some plumbing/drain repairs. That required some drywall/paint replacement. Great job on both. Asked Tim for a floor estimate to do next.

Hire Brian and Son's they can fix all of Tim's mistakes. That's who I called and they did a wonderful job correcting all of Tim's mistakes. Brian and Sons are professional and accurate and the number one thing, ACCOUNTABLE!

Tim has a problem, He has too much work and not the right kind of help. He has a a summer time helper is only good for being a goffer (and Time will tell ya that) He doesn't call back to tell you when he's coming back of if he is. He leaves the job half done. He left us without water or toilet for 4/5 days, If you like going in a plastic garbage bag on a handicap chair He's your man ! When something goes wrong it will be a day or two before he comes back. All the plumbing work he did had to be redone, maybe not all just some of the work he messed up with having water lines going backwards through my water softener that had to be replaced. I just know found that he(or one of his workers) took off the duck work for the bathroom vent and was left on the ground of my crawl space. All because his piping was in the way That's another cost on my list to have fixed. He is good at clogged drains since he had to do mine three time because of some rags he forgot about in the new drain line that backed up into my new shower ! And there still was more in there he didn't get out. I have sent him e-mail that we will not be doing business any more Never heard back Not even I'm sorry ? Can I repay some of the damages ? Some good Business Man !

We used this company to help out small businesses during the pandemic and was charged more then quoted. Spoke to Tim the day before on the phone and advised him we were having new countertops installed and needed a dish disposal and touch less faucet installed. He quoted at this time $300-350 but got billed $450 in the end.

I sent an email thanking them for the service however I will not be using them again and explained because of the price.

Tim responded by saying he had to replace two valves ( even though only one he stated was leaking) and that he never put in a touch less faucet. He stated the valves were $85. Wow! I could have pick two up in the hardware store for under $20. Tim did not even have to solder they were screw on compression fittings. As for the faucet it was battery operated and did need to be connected to electric. What plumber can't put in a touch less faucet?

The last part that upset me was I offered to pay cash thinking he was doing it on a Saturday and wanted to keep it off the books. He stated it did not matter he owns the company. He then told me in the email he would have taken money off if we gave him cash. I reminded him that I did offer and he told me it didn't matter he was the owner (which means now he is lying).

We originally had a contract with the countertop company for their plumber that would have been $400. Tim said we would have been charged more for the valves which I stated no we had a contract for $400 and that would have to been paid prior to the work.

We believe in keeping small business alive but after this we will be rethinking that idea.

Tim of DuPage Home Services is great. Called him because my toilet needed to be pulled and repaired before the installers could lay my flooring. He rearranged his schedule and came out immediately and fixed the problem. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely call him again.

Tim of DuPage Home Services is very honest, professional, and will beat any quote offered.
He replaced a hard to match colored toilet and a kitchen faucet. His cost was $250.00 less than all estimates. I consider him a friend and a great plumber.

I hired Tim because his price was competitive. He came in with a helper and was messy and complained about everything he touched. One of the items a (shower set replace) I helped him to install. He had no idea what he was doing. Was very rude and felt like he was about to snap the whole time. There's more.... He screwed on the dishwasher in place and was not asked to do so then charged me $50 for those 2 screws. 4 days later one of the valves that he charged to install leaked and damaged my floors leaked. When I called him he said that he didn't charge for that (though he did and I have the invoice to prove it) he replied that it's not his problem. Not to mention that I cleaned up after him the mess he made. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY HIS PRICE IT WILL COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN!!

If anyone wants a great plumber who knows what they're talking about and can evaluate your problem in his head before he even rings your door bell, that is a plumber!!!! Highly recommend Tim for any plumbing issues one might have. His first and foremost importance are his customers and putting their minds at ease that their plumbing issue was fixed correctly.
