Fixed my issue (mainline water clog) Warner my service technician was professional, polite & kept me informed. We just moved to Mount Dora from Miami. We found several plumbing issues with our new home. A friend who has been living in the area for some time recommended Dunstan & Son to us. We called them in the morning and a service appointment was available between 1pm and 5pm that same afternoon. We were promptly called 15 minutes before the appointment and the tech was here several minutes before the 1pm time. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The work was done in a neat and timely manner. The bill was very fair. I would highly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs. We will certainly use them again.

We have used Dunstan and sons two times They always give us a time when they were coming out, usally 3 hour wait, but they call before that time. I had a pipe brake in the bath, a shower line had a staple in our shower, i asked the plummer if he could put in a out side shut off in our mobile home while he said he had to call to see if he had time to do it, all was done. This company is very promped reliable and reasonable.

I just wanted to say the tech who came to my house to replace the sink basket, he was very professional and got the job done and was knowledgeable and the price was fantastic, I also called the business to express my very WOW and excellent experience . this was to replace a spigot where it was leaking from the pipe (copper) so at the last minute, i am being told that the repair is urgent, and that it should have been fixed yesterday so, i initially called dunstan and they said they would schedule me for tomorrow, but then i had to call back and ask them to schedule me for today i got a call back from the manager saying that they would be able to accommodate me, and they would call me when they had a truck in the vicinity. so i got a call right back, and by the time i got to the site, they were already there working on it i asked his name, and he said his name was 'amazing plumber'. so i took a photo of his work and posted it here on the company's page my associates had initially made a call on sunday to Prime Plumbing, and had them come out, and they couldn't fix it, gave us an $89 service call fee, and an estimate for $385 if there were no complications. prime plumbing didn't give us a written copy of the estimate well, if you work, you know there are always complications. except for amazing plumber, who finished the job in under an hour. our bill came to $145 total all i can say is 'thank you yelp' for helping me make an informed decision. absolutely the best decision i made today. my associate thinks i'm a hero, but really, amazing plumber is the hero, and so is the company he works for. thank you dunstan !

Our plumber from Dunstan, John, was very professional and very determined to solve our plumbing water leak problem, which impacted the the air conditioning ducts, detaching them, thereby essentially turning off the AC on a 91 degree day. John found the leak, which necessitated several procedures to put in new piping and repair. He worked until everything was completed and saw to it that we were comfortable by the time he left. We feel that his very professional and caring behavior went above and beyond. If John is representative of the caliber of people in this company, we highly recommend them!!

New old home owner issues... Nothing major,but still needed looking into and fixing. Dunstun came recommended to me by my cousin so I felt assured right off the bat.My cousin doesn't mess round or chintz on home stuff. Everything from scheduling to getting the work done was made effortless for me. Philip was the staff member who came out. I got a call that he was on his way 15 minutes prior to his arrival. Philip was professional but genuinely friendly. He took the time to listen to the issues I wanted addressed,took care of them pretty quickly and spotlessly clean! On one issue,he presented me a couple of options for resolution. This is my first """"homeowner issue"""" so I had no idea what to expect cost wise,but knew it wasn't going to be a walk in the park! With the work finished and the bill presented,I was greatly relieved at the price point. Money well spent and invested and now I have an amazing go to source for future plumbing needs that I know I can trust! That peace of mind is woth it's weight in gold..Or at very least brass fittings... Oh yeah...My cat Halloween liked Philip too.

I needed to have a couple old gas lines capped. I called on a Friday afternoon, and they scheduled me immediately for the following Monday morning. The prompt young gentleman arrived right at 8:30 and was extremely courteous...standing at least 10 feet from the door when I opened it, everything was """"Yes, Sir"""", he was articulate in his speech, and it was just such an incredibly positive experience. Also, the office communication skills are very appreciated with calls to very the time of the appointment. Having used them many times in the past, I cannot recommend them enough.

This is the second time I've had Dunstan and Son plumbing out to do some work for me. This time it was to hook up a new well to the house. Lamar came out and reviewed the work and then coordinated with the electrician to get it done same day so we weren't out of water overnight. In the end the job was done as expected and they left the work area cleaner than they found it even though some of the work was in the rain. I'll definitely use them again.
