The three people I dealt with were wonderful!!! The women who answered the phone answered all my questions and asked the manager for some of my questions. Got me set up quickly and was able to send out someone to look over what I was dealing with. Lamar came out and was just up front and honest about what he would do if it was his issue. No pressure, just honesty which is hard to find now a days. Kamren was the young man who did the work was personable and did a great job! We saw another leak and he was able to fix it quickly and not have to pay for a return trip. All three are what companies need to have, customer service. No pressure, just honest upfront down to earth people. I will definitely be calling them with any plumbing issues I run into as well as recommend them to everyone in need of any plumbing services. Thank you for making this a very pleasant experience!

Very unprofessional... I told them I'll leave the door open. And they show up unannounced and just walk in my home. Luckily, I had an inside camera. So I saw them come in and out. SMH AND THEY BROKE AN APRON I had hangin by some switches instead of just removing it, or calling me about it. All I got was A SORRY.

Dunstan showed up unannounced, came in with two men. Replaced four faucet valves, took half an hour. They charged me an hour labor for each man. One man could have completed the job alone, for the one hour labor fee. I provided two valves the one they did replace they charged me $60, three times what ace hardware would charge. They told me that is the way it is. I called and complained they took off $30,,,, WOW. Big change.. I should have done the work myself, and used you tube. I will not use them again !!!

HUGE SHOUT-OUT DUNSTAN PLUMBING! My kitchen sink was clogged and my efforts with drain cleaner and a plunger were useless, so I called Dunstan. They got me on their calendar right away - and THEN called to tell me they were ahead of schedule! Philip was great! Polite, friendly and efficient. We just moved to Mount Dora from Miami. We found several plumbing issues with our new home. A friend who has been living in the area for some time recommended Dunstan & Son to us. We called them in the morning and a service appointment was available between 1pm and 5pm that same afternoon. We were promptly called 15 minutes before the appointment and the tech was here several minutes before the 1pm time. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The work was done in a neat and timely manner. The bill was very fair. I would highly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs. We will certainly use them again.
