Our plumber from Dunstan, John, was very professional and very determined to solve our plumbing water leak problem, which impacted the the air conditioning ducts, detaching them, thereby essentially turning off the AC on a 91 degree day. John found the leak, which necessitated several procedures to put in new piping and repair. He worked until everything was completed and saw to it that we were comfortable by the time he left. We feel that his very professional and caring behavior went above and beyond. If John is representative of the caliber of people in this company, we highly recommend them!!

New old home owner issues... Nothing major,but still needed looking into and fixing. Dunstun came recommended to me by my cousin so I felt assured right off the bat.My cousin doesn't mess round or chintz on home stuff. Everything from scheduling to getting the work done was made effortless for me. Philip was the staff member who came out. I got a call that he was on his way 15 minutes prior to his arrival. Philip was professional but genuinely friendly. He took the time to listen to the issues I wanted addressed,took care of them pretty quickly and spotlessly clean! On one issue,he presented me a couple of options for resolution. This is my first """"homeowner issue"""" so I had no idea what to expect cost wise,but knew it wasn't going to be a walk in the park! With the work finished and the bill presented,I was greatly relieved at the price point. Money well spent and invested and now I have an amazing go to source for future plumbing needs that I know I can trust! That peace of mind is woth it's weight in gold..Or at very least brass fittings... Oh yeah...My cat Halloween liked Philip too.

I needed to have a couple old gas lines capped. I called on a Friday afternoon, and they scheduled me immediately for the following Monday morning. The prompt young gentleman arrived right at 8:30 and was extremely courteous...standing at least 10 feet from the door when I opened it, everything was """"Yes, Sir"""", he was articulate in his speech, and it was just such an incredibly positive experience. Also, the office communication skills are very appreciated with calls to very the time of the appointment. Having used them many times in the past, I cannot recommend them enough.

This is the second time I've had Dunstan and Son plumbing out to do some work for me. This time it was to hook up a new well to the house. Lamar came out and reviewed the work and then coordinated with the electrician to get it done same day so we weren't out of water overnight. In the end the job was done as expected and they left the work area cleaner than they found it even though some of the work was in the rain. I'll definitely use them again.

Water leak behind toilet behind the wall, we were not sure where it was coming from. I called this morning after reading reviews and they said they would send someone this afternoon, and Ryland found the problem when he pulled the board covering the lines. There was a staple in the supply line , so water had been spraying a long time. We just bought this mobile home in November. Plus he fixed a leak in the kitchen . Great job Ryland.

I wanted an outdoor kitchen hooked up to the supply left by the builders. It took them 6 days just to come out to look at it for an estimate and another 6 days to give me the estimate, both time after my prodding them. The estimate they gave me was double two other estimates. I will not call them again.
