Ernie, is a very nice guy and thorough. However, in the end, my experience was not great. I called Ernie on a recommendation from the fixture vendor. When he showed up, he came with an apprentice in tow. When I got the bill, I realized that I had been charged for two plumbers, even though I never asked for two plumbers. They were not replacing pipe
Or anything, replacing a diverter valve in a shower and Four handles on two sinks in the same bathroom. For this work, they charged me $1300 not including parts. It was mind-boggling to me how much they charged. Basically Ernie was standing there telling the other guy what to do, or Ernie was doing it and explaining what he was doing to his apprentice. Riegert pretty much one guy was working at a time and I was paying for two despite not asking for that.

Does meticulous work on any kind of plumbing problem. Had him repipe my ancient plumbing with copper and he did it perfectly. Always clean everything up really well. He is very busy so you might have to wait a bit unless it's an emergency. In that case he's right there.
