Rich and his crew are fantastic! They were friendly, on time, and under an hour they diagnosed my sink issue and fixed it! Being a first time homeowner, it feels good to have found my plumbing go to! Thank you!

After my tenants had no water coming to the house I had to find a solution quick as possible so I called three companies including Dunrite. ARS told me they wouldn't be able to find the leak so they needed to replace the entire line and they quoted me an astronomical amount. Another company told me it would take 2 weeks to get the leak detection equipment to find the leak.

Rich at Dunrite told me that 9 times out of 10 the leak is right where the line connects at the street. He had his guys out the following morning and not only found the leak right away but also realized the leak had been caused by the gas company who had ran new gas lines a couple days prior. Rich went over to the next street where the gas company was working and got the supervisor to show him what he had found.

They came to an agreement that it was the gas companies fault so I will get reimbursed! Even if I wasn't getting the money back Rich charged a fraction of the cost and found the issue and did his job instead of making excuses to charge for work that wasn't needed. Rich and his guys went above and beyond and did excellent work. I will hire them every single time I need plumbing work done.

I've preferred to be a do it myself guy up until I realized that my time could be better spent and that my issue had outgrown my skill set. After years of snaking my own house, the last go around left my back wrecked. I decided to call Rich at Dunrite Plumbing after a friend suggested to him. I should call him an archangel. This man did what he said what he would do, and at the time he said he'd do it. None of the stereotypical late plumber who suddenly finds cause the raise the rate. The man is an absolute pro. He's quick, he's concise and he's honest. I recommended him to several friends and my in laws. They all had the same glowing review and experience that I had. I have now called Rich at least 5 other times . While I don't hope to need his expertise often, when I do have a need, he is the one that I trust, absolutely bar none. I know there are other plumbers that I could call or test. I'm simply not interested. If you want someone honest, trustworthy who will do the job right the first time, give this man a call. I can't say enough about him. When he shows up I have a tremendous sense of relief because I know my house is in good hands. I tried one more time to do it myself recently with a toilet in the basement. I even called Rich who advised me on how to do it, but that it require breaking up concrete and refilling it in , etc. etc. I tried to do it my way. Lesson learned, there's a reason he's a pro and I am not. He's a good man, you won't regret it.

Updated review: I downgraded them from 5 starts to 1 star. They were fine for all short term (one day) jobs, but vanished when I got involved in a large project. I later found out the owner is in jail for drugs. I suspected something was going off the rails because random items started to disappear from my home (a bottle of liquor, etc). I no longer recommend Dunrite Plumbing.

Previous review: Quality work for a reasonable price. They don't charge extra for holidays or weekends, which is great.
