Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dun-right Plumbing.




I am compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience with Dunright Plumbing. Yesterday and today, we faced plumbing issues, including a stoppage, a leak inside the wall, and a broken disposal.

We called out home waranty and they assign this compnay for us to urgently take care of issue.

We were scheduled on Thursday between 8am -4 pm I had to take a day off to be home on that long time frame but nobody showed up nobody called to give us update.
When I called around 4 pm on Thursday Theresa was sorry about what happened and we respect that and gave them benefit of doubt and let them to schedule us for today first thing in the morning.
Despite a promised early morning appointment between 10-12 today, Dun right Plumbing was a complete no-show again and no call.
When we called for an update first she said oh I thought my tech already is there and then she said she will follow up with him but again I didn't hear anything from them, they continually changed the timeframe and failed to uphold their commitments, demonstrating a lack of responsibility and communication.

Our attempts to address the situation with Theresa at the store initially seemed promising, but it quickly turned into empty assurances. The repeated delays and unfulfilled promises left us feeling taken advantage of, especially considering we were accommodating and flexible. It appears they played games with our appointment, prioritizing other clients over us.

Despite relying on our home warranty for support in such situations, Dunright Plumbing's incompetence and lack of professionalism left us without a resolution. Even our request for the owner's name was denied, reflecting a lack of transparency.

Now, it's Friday, and we are forced to seek alternative solutions for our plumbing issues, depriving us of the basic amenities of a functional home until next week. The entire experience has been nothing short of miserable.

I share this review to caution other clients about the unreliability and unprofessionalism of Dunright Plumbing. It's crucial for individuals to be aware of who they are entrusting with their plumbing needs, and unfortunately, Dunright Plumbing falls short of meeting those expectations.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. We had two other plumbers say they ""fixed"" our backed up sewer line. The sewer kept backing up . Dunright came with a commercial hydrojet which solved our problem and saved us thousands for a new sewer line. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Gets the job done! Persistent! Raymond was sent to us by our home warranty provider b/c our water heater was leaking. It was almost 20 years old, plus other issues so Raymond determined it should be replaced. The new water heater had issues too. Although it was brand new, it was taking 5-6 minutes to get hot water to our faucets. Raymond did research, spoke to several other people within his trade and reached out to the manufacturer. He made multiple adjustments over multiple visits but we still had the same issue. After a few attempts of trying to reach the manufacturer, they finally figured out that the water heater was somehow sent without being programmed/setup properly. After finding this info out and receiving the correct settings, we now have hot water in 3-4 seconds. Raymond never gave up and kept trying to find a solution until he did. He did not ask for additional funds, even though he visited our home 5 times to try to fix the issue. We highly recommend him and his cousin. Plus, Raymond is a Veteran and has a deep love for animals so he was very good with our dogs and was more than happy to trade dog stories during his visits.

We had Raymond come out to fix a problem with the temperature in the kids shower. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and corrected it in record time. I showed him another issue we were having and he was able to identify the problem. He contacted the insurance company and started the process. He came out and replaced the water heater and installed a pump to recirculate the hot water upstairs. He was a pleasure to work with and will gladly call him in the future for any plumbing issues.

Raymond is the best! He has great personality and great communication skills. He know how to get the job done. He explain in details of my problems and direct me what to do...I had upstairs shower issue and raymond give me some suggestions...Raymond will go thru that extra mile for u...I have home insurance and I am glad I went with Dunright Plumbing and meet Raymond I will refer him to all my friends and family.

Due to a previous plumber doing more damage than repair, we had to have someone else come out and fix their mistakes. Raymond is who our home warranty sent to save the day. To be honest since we had such a bad experience with the first company they set us up with we were a little leery and apprehensive having another plumber come in.
Right off the bat Raymond showed up with a smile and a friendly disposition. I gave him a run through of the things that needed to be fixed and he got to work right away. He worked efficiently and got the job done... even with my kids asking him 101 questions!
It was nice to have someone who knew what he was talking about, and although the things we needed to be repaired weren't major, he still took his time in fixing them the right way (he even fixed the unnecessary hole in our celling from the other guy). Should we have any plumbing problems in the future you can bet I will be requesting him through our home warranty.
Thanks for saving the day, you have no idea how nice it is to finally sit on the toilet and not be afraid of falling through the floor!!!

Beware of using this company. Very RUDE plumber! No clue on how to talk to customers....worst experience I have ever received from anyone in person.....I will NEVER recommend and accept rude behavior from anyone..... especially from people who come to your home to help you and repair...

Over the past few months we had a number of plumbing issues arise at our condo. Raymond was helpful each and every time. He was quick to respond to phone calls or text messages, and would often be out to our condo within 24 hours. In the multiple times he worked at our condo, he went above and beyond my expectations, and would go over the repairs with me to make sure that I understood what was done and what to look out for. I've honestly never had a service provider do as thorough of a job as Raymond has, and will be calling him for any plumbing issues going forward (hopefully there are no more though).
