I do not recommend. There were multiple scheduling issues and they were late for multiple appointments. After being late, he asked me ""not to waste his time and call the tenant"" and when I responded he was late...he said ""find someone else"". Not a good experience at all.

We just bought a house and were having tons of plumbing problems - no hot water, tankless water heater issues, fixtures not installed properly. Bill has been great since I first contacted him. He has worked non-stop to get us up and running and I can't say enough good things about the work and service. Prices are extremely fair and upfront - there has never been a surprise. I highly recommend Bill and Dun-Right Plumbing & Heating. He's the only plumber I'll call in this area. Great work and just generally a nice guy.

The homeowner's nightmare... The boiler fails as the temperature starts to fall.

My wife and I called 6 different plumbers in our area, and Bill from Dun-Right picked up the phone. His assessment was quick, the price more than fair (I was ready for a lot more!), and we were able to start work the next day.

I'm extremely happy with his work, and his truly professional attitude. He will be my first call for plumbing help in the future.

I Called Dun Right Plumbing for a leaking kitchen faucet. Bill answered and set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Bill and his worker arrived on time and both were very friendly and pleasant. He inspected the facet and figured out it was a simple connection that needed tighten. I found Bill to be very honest, where as he could have charged me to install the new facet that I had purchased. Bill's pricing was also the most reasonable I have encountered. I will use Dun Right Plumbing again as well as recommend him to my family, friends and you.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink, and a slow running drain. Called Dun-Rite and left a message and received a call back within a couple of hours. They showed up right on time and quickly snaked the drain successfully. He also fixed the leak quickly, by replacing broken and incorrect parts that we had. He was very professional and we were very satisfied with the price as well.

Called him around 10 am that day and said he would be coming around 2 to fix my broken 12 inch pipe. Then it was 4 then it was 5 then it was 6 etc. Finally showed up with a huge attitude to fix the pipe and said it would be 200 just to show up on a Saturday said ok and gave him my credit card information for the $200 charge. Told him to NOT charge my card until I got the finally ITEMIZED INVOICE. He completed the work and then went ahead and charged my card 950 the next day for less then a HOUR of work to fix a 12 inch copper pipe without me even viewing the ITEMIZED Invoice.
The whole time I waited around on Saturday for him to show up and the whole attitude he was giving me I should have known but I went with the reviews on this site and boy I was wrong. I text him the next day and told him he never sent me a ITEMIZED INVOICE before he charged my card, his response from a text was "" When my book keeper gets to it. And when i get a chance i address your email"".

I have opened a dispute with my credit card company and he finally send the invoice (no itemzied just flat rate) to them which stated:

""Emergency service charge called for burst pipe flat rate includes labor and materials of 950 ""

Are you kidding me 200 for the call and 750 for less then a hour of work to fix a 12 inch copper pipe. No ITEMIZED INVOICE just a flat rate. Still disputing with my credit card company and next stop is the Better Business Bureau and negative reviews all over the web for this company. Posting pictures of the invoice which is something he made for the credit card company and also show you the text messages he sent me and the copper pipe he fixed. Still have not have received a invoice in the mail or email.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Updated 6/25 : Opened a ticket with BBB and company didn't respond to them.

Dun-Right Plumbing - DO NOT HIRE THEM! Lengthy review, but worth reading.

Should be Done-WRONG plumbing.

Dun-Right Plumbing were contracted to install a handicap shower system for my mother who suffers from Congestive Heart Failure, Renal Failure and Venus insufficiency (to name a few). She no longer can step into a tub/shower system. We have nurses, physical therapists and aids coming to the home regularly assisting in her care.

The job entailed demolishing current tub/shower combination, re-routing plumbing from current side drain to center drain while enlarging drain size per regulations, installing new handicap shower system with grab bars, seat, and proper hand held shower. The job requires a permit in accordance with city regulations.

The shower system was selected prior to signing off on paperwork. All work was discussed documented and agreed upon before demolition began. The Job was estimated to take approximately one week and was scheduled for November 2014. It is now April 2015, and the work was never completed by Bill Dunphy of Dun-Right.

Specifically:
This contractor requires full time oversight from a building inspector to ensure they follow the contract and the building code. In light of how they do work it is little wonder why they didn't want to pull a permit.

Do not use this company for any remodeling work - This Company did not follow contractual obligations, They installed an inferior product (One that was different from the contract) and stated they could not get the parts they agreed to even though they were readily available. Instead the company replaced the agreed upon product with a cheaper smaller version that never came close to the contract requirements. Additionally, Dun-Right plumbing left the work area and adjacent rooms messy; they proved to be unreliable and at times downright rude when questioned about the work. On at least one occasion they tried to claim my mother approved their installation of the inferior shower stall, (after the installation).

After a shower was installed, (well past Christmas) my husband and I went to inspect the work. The first discovery was a cracked shower stall panel. Bill Dunphy claimed he didn't know. Perhaps, but we now know the stall was improperly supported during installation. After telling him to remove the cracked panel he agreed (delays). The next install was performed quickly and drywall installed immediately after. No chance to inspect. Dry wall installer however did a lousy finish job. When questioned,Bill Dunphy did nothing to correct the situation. We then realized Dun-Right Plumbing had installed the WRONG Shower! did not move the drain or re-size plumbing! (We learned this later from a reputable contractor), and they installed the WRONG shower head/ control unit!

This shower system directly replaces a tub/shower configuration and was SMALLER in size. Dun-Right plumbing had to build in the wall (Not to Code) reducing the space in order to accommodate this system. This shower system does not have any grab bars, nor can any be installed because he did not install ANY bracing! There is no shower seat and no room for anyone. Dun-Right Plumbing reduced the size of the area over 4 inches in width.

Dun-Right Plumbing did not follow contractual obligations by improperly installing a less expensive system that does not suit the needs of an 88 year old woman.

Dun-Right Plumbing attempted to cover up the install by suggesting we agreed to this change. When we refused to let Dun-Right back onto our property, canceled the ""contract"" and requested our money back he agreed in writing, then refused to cooperate. He ultimately had his attorney call us intimating we were at fault. Our attorney called theirs and we were refunded only a portion of our deposit.

In conclusion, this company, Dun-Right Plumbing, took our money, and installed inferior products costing us additional time and money and not following contractual obligations.

Use with Extreme Caution.

Way over priced, had the same service done for 350 less than dun right with another company. No parts were even used just snaked a drain. Was there for an hour an charged over $400. Won't be using them again.

Would not recommend! Dun-Right came to fix a disposal that was not working. Bill said there would be a minimum fee of $50. I was fine with that. Bill and another guy came and cleared the disposal in about 2 min. Then told me it was $150! Huh? I asked. Yes, $50 to just show up and $100 for the service. I'm sorry, to me that means $150 minimum. They should be more up front about their ridiculous charges. Most plumbers would at least apply the minimum service charge to the actual service. not these *ss*oles. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Dun-Right Plumbing & Heating
