Bill found gas leaks in our home that was overlooked by our home inspection. He worked with the town on getting pressure testing done to ensure us we were safe and everything was repaired. Bill is professional and stands by his work. highly recommend!

Dunphy Plumbing & Heating installed an IBC combi boiler in my home in May, 2021. Everything worked well until December of 2021 when the hot water in the shower would fluctuate for no reason. Bill came over and said it was the shower valve and replaced it for $407. Problem continued. Had IBC tech rep out, replaced the whole unit and still the problem. Tech rep said everything was working to design and problem would go away in warm weather but in cold weather I would have to live with it. Bill developed an attitude and started telling me how I had to change the way I used hot water during cold weather. Talked to me like I was an idiot. Told him not to talk to me like that and he asked if I felt better telling him how I felt. I said an apology would help at which point he flew off the handle, jumped up and stormed out of my home and said he was all through with me and that was it. Situation is not over yet!

I have nothing bad to say about the work this guy does because he comes recommended by lots of other people and seems pretty reasonably priced and friendly, but he basically had to run out on me because he's super allergic to cats, which is obvs not his fault but he failed to let me know before I scheduled him to come out.

Had pipe leak and called Bill the owner of Dun Right who was initially going to come the next day but was caught up with another job and called back to say he would come the next day (most tradesman I have dealt with would not call you back and just not show up). He fixed my leaky pipe and a replaced a few other old shut offs cleanly and quickly.
I had had another younger plumber over my place a few weeks prior (recommended by a friend) who could not figure out how to replace my outside faucet (didn't even bother to try and disassemble the faucet to check). Bill knew exactly how to replace and working to get new parts which I think is a good example of an experienced plumber! Lastly, Bill is a great guy who is friendly and easy to talk to and would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs and will be calling him in the future to address any plumbing issues.

I do not recommend. There were multiple scheduling issues and they were late for multiple appointments. After being late, he asked me ""not to waste his time and call the tenant"" and when I responded he was late...he said ""find someone else"". Not a good experience at all.

We just bought a house and were having tons of plumbing problems - no hot water, tankless water heater issues, fixtures not installed properly. Bill has been great since I first contacted him. He has worked non-stop to get us up and running and I can't say enough good things about the work and service. Prices are extremely fair and upfront - there has never been a surprise. I highly recommend Bill and Dun-Right Plumbing & Heating. He's the only plumber I'll call in this area. Great work and just generally a nice guy.

The homeowner's nightmare... The boiler fails as the temperature starts to fall.

I Called Dun Right Plumbing for a leaking kitchen faucet. Bill answered and set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Bill and his worker arrived on time and both were very friendly and pleasant. He inspected the facet and figured out it was a simple connection that needed tighten. I found Bill to be very honest, where as he could have charged me to install the new facet that I had purchased. Bill's pricing was also the most reasonable I have encountered. I will use Dun Right Plumbing again as well as recommend him to my family, friends and you.
