Ken serviced a heating system at a property I am selling. He was asked to diagnose/repair some rust/corrosion noted by the home inspector, and service the system.
I have never dealt with such an argumentative, arrogant plumber in my 25 years of selling real estate!
The Lender needs a detailed, paid receipt. it took 2 weeks of begging, and he finally provided a paid receipt, but he refused to detail the work.
We are a day before the closing, and now we need another plumber to diagnose the corrosion, and provide another paid receipt with details. We need a plumber to warrant their work.
If a professional will not provide a detailed receipt for the service, it begs the ""why""?

Ken was recommended by a friend of mine. I was dealing with major issues caused by the Lawrence/Andovers gas line disaster.
