DONT EVER HIRE THEM! They came out to one of my rental properties after my home warranty sent them. Long story short, this is an awful company. Stay away from them, no matter the cost. I would rather pay out of my pocket than have these guys anywhere near any of my houses. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The worst customer service ever. Owner Janet has zero people skills. I requested a second opinion from American Home Shield for a new AC system and ductwork and Dunn Rite was assigned. After an appointment was scheduled to inspect the AC and ducts, Janet called me to say they were going to cancel the appointment and would not be able to do the job. She said the job was too big and would cause her AHS rating to go down. Why even contract with AHS if you are going to turn down work after AHS assigns you the job? Janet is more worried about her AHS rating than customer service. Terrible company. If Dunn Rite was the last AC company on the planet, I'd go without AC.

AC stopped getting cold and Home Warranty company sent out Dunn Rite. Technician Rich came out. Arrived on time. Very polite and helpful. Diagnosed the AC unit was in working order, just a problem with the power supply. Was tripping an underpowered breaker. Restored the AC quickly and didn't try to up charge me or convince me that it was some expensive repair. I really appreciate the quick and honest service. Would call Dunn Rite again.

Worst customer service! They give you time frame than show up early when nobody was home. We asked to wait and were told NO! Why not?! Customer satisfaction is important yes?! Yes! Left several messages finally get a call back. Explain to the woman on the phone what happened and she was so rude to us. Got upset and cancels our service!!! Never deal with this company again.

If I could enter a Zero stars review I would.
Tehnician showed up an hour before the appointment, went to our back yard, replaced some part and said the AC was fixded, and left.
Since no one was home, there was no way to turn the system on to test it, wheather it actually works.
I came home right before the appointment time turned the AC on, it was stll blowing hot air.
Called Dunn-Rite number of times, no one picked up the phone, even though I called during business hours.
Finally when they called me back, they were incredibely rude on the phone,, when I called them on being rude they told me to get another company to fix it.
The worst company ever, all one star reviews are correct.!!!!!!

this company was sent out by our home warranty company. the technician jay was on time (within the 4 hour window) but was not very friendly when he arrived. went up into the attic to view duct system and then came down and said that he wasn't going to be able to see what the problem was. he said the space was to small and he was not going to hurt himself. iss't this your job!!!!!i have had 2 techs from other companies out and they have not had a problem. one guy was over 6 ft tall. when i told him this he was very dismissive and rude. my husband told him he was even up there twice. jay turned around and started to leave and muttered obscenities under his breath as he was leaving.

when my husband called to complain the girl justified his bad behavior. worst customer service ever.

They gave me a time frame between 12:00 PM-5:00 PM but their technician turned up after 7:00 PM. I took a day off work to be there as they said but this is totally unacceptable to arrive more than two hours late. Their office would not answer their phones within their office hours and their technician would not reply to my second text message or call. This is not professional and when I called their office two days later, they were not sympathetic but defending their actions. They would not let me finish complain and kept justifying themselves. This was arranged through home warranty and I hope they never work with such unprofessional company that treats people like they want. The fact they wasted my time and may book too many jobs in one day, it tells me that they have no respect for customer's time.

With all due respect I never yelled at your office staff but she never let me finish my sentences. When I answered all her questions taking my detail to find me on the system she started making comments even before she hears what I am calling for. The technician texted me at 4:43 PM and I have kept the text message to prove it. He said he is running late and gave me an estimate of 6:00 PM NOT 7:10 PM. I heard your apologies but how would you feel if you are paying for a service and waited respectfully few days then within the hours your company specified but treated with no respect anyway? How would you feel if a customer delayed in paying you and said well we haplologies for not paying you? Why would you book so many customers when you are fully experienced and know things can take longer? I have worked just like you and never told customers what I cannot deliver but charge them like I can. I am not responsible for your staff's enjoyment of hours, this is a service company and we do what it takes not what we like. It goes back to managing your day but me paying the price. I lost half day of work. Your technician never replied my next call neither did your office before you close. Your office staff today told me that you were in meeting. What company leaves the phones and conducts meeting close to going home!!! I have requested not to ever for with your company and will make sure of that but I will never forget the bitter taste you left me. Please don't justify bad time management.

Through my home warranty I was put in touch with Dunn Rite. Communication across the board was excellent, including the text message when the technician was 20 minutes out. The 5 hour window was excessive but was happy to see the tech arrive an hour after the first hour of the window.

My tech was Richard. Very knowledgeable and answered the 100 questions I through at him. Made me understand my system better. In the end, he did not try to up sell, like most companies would, and did not leave until the unit was producing cold air again. Thanks ""Dunn Rite""!

The ONLY reason I gave this place 1 star was so that I can post how rude the customer service was !
My husband called this company today because we had a repair on June 19th to our air conditioner. This is not working now and Richard the repair man said we would have 60 days ( which I wrote on the paperwork) in case we needed them out again .
The lady that answered the phone said that this was wrong we only have the 30 days and that the technician would of never said this . Again on the date of service I wrote the 60 days down on the repair paperwork which was mentioned by the person who was here fixing our unit .
This lady ended up saying my husband was rude for saying this told him to get another company and ended up hanging up on him !! Who does this!!!???
Funny thing is ... we knew that if the leak fix didn't work we would need the equipment replaced and that is a costly repair !! I guess this company doesn't need the business !!!
