I've worked with Guy on two occasions and he's become my go-to-guy for plumbing needs. He fixed a condenser pipe leak in my attic and installed a new water heater. Both times he was he gave me a quote beffore coming out and was here within an hour or two, being they were both emergencies. He charged me exactly what he said he would and had the job done in no time. He is courteous, professional and honest and I highly recommend him.

I cannot even express how grateful I am that Guy returned my call when I was desperately calling Air conditioning companies to fix a non working air conditioning unit in a rental. My tenant text at 6:45 am on Saturday letting me know that the unit was not working. He sleeps during the day so this was an emergency. I called 5 different companies and none were available until Monday. When I called Dunham & Son Guy picked up and I told him what was happening. He said he could come that day and I was very happy. I was happy that he was going to check out the unit, but I also thought because it was a weekend he would charge me a lot more then normal. Well, to my surprise Guy gave me a really fair price and fixed the problem just as quick. My tenant even text me and was so impressed with Guys work and his quick response. He was elated that the air conditioning unit was working again.

I have used Dunham & Sons twice now and each time was a great experience. Guy is very professional, honest, and reasonably priced. Today he fixed our A/C which he quickly diagnosed and had us up and running within a half hour. He doesn't pressure you with up-selling, but instead gives you options that fit your budget.

Dunham & Sons is the best heating ,air and plumbing business around . Our old blower stopped working and we were a little Leary on who to call because you know as well as I do in this position being hot without air conditioning in Hemet in August is a nightmare . Do yourself a favor and call Dunham & Sons for a professional , honest service..It's nice to know that there are businesses like this that are not out to take advantage of you ...Trust me look no further these guys are the real deal....
