I will start by sayin that we were in the middle of a series of crazy hot days when my air conditioner stopped working. Actually, it stopped in the evening upon my return from a lengthy trip. I called them at 10:30 p.m. not expecting to get a call as quickly as I did. My call back was at 0730! I was impressed. I explained my problem and the gentleman who called me walked me through how to change the fuses on my a/c. That turned out to be the problem. All I can say is in this day and age - the likelihood of someone helping you without finding a way to charge you is unheard of. Am so appreciative of their help that I know they earned my business if needed in the future. I will also recommend them to anyone asking for a reliable air conditioner repairman. Thank you!

I called to get a quote in regards to my bathroom sink drain pipe because the treads were somewhat stripped in the cast-iron pipe going into the wall Guy, the owner pretty much walked me through the whole repair process and was really trying to help me so I wouldn't have to spend the money to repair it. If I ever need a plumber to come out for whatever reason I would definitely call this company back and and use them. There's not many places out there that you would call and they not have a handout for a buck if you know what I mean. We were in the middle of preparing a thanksgiving meal and realized that the air conditioning wasn't cooling the house down. Being that it was a holiday we knew it would be difficult to get someone out. Left messages with a few places. Early Friday morning the first company to call was Dunham and Son. We agreed to a timeframe and waited, when the tech arrived he set up and had the problem diagnosed quickly, a bad capacitor. Taking about 20 minutes from start to finish he had us back up and working. I like that they are a local company also.

Left a voice message late at night, I got a call from Guy around 7:30am next morning. Said he had a job in front of me and would show up around 10am. Called me around 10 to say he is on his way. Went up in the attic and found a short in the circuit board in short order, he was able to get the system going again and left me a quote for a permanent fix. Great service, right to the point! Clean, well spoken, and polite. Will use in the future as well as recommend his service to others!
