Plumber came out unhooked electrical wires in garage (never replaced them) ran several lines through cleanouts and eventually pulled toilet to clear blockage. Developed another clog when using kitchen disposal and another plumber found broken head in main clean out line. Dunedin Plumbing denied doing this and stated """"it could have been in there for 100 years."""" That line had been checked previously this year and was clear. They would not take responsibility for what they did. Would never recommend them.

Wow ? Please stay away! After being a good customer for a number of years they decided to change their customer service level on a series of events caused by them. Scott their manager seemed more interested in making a $100 + than addressing service issues inside Dunedin Plumbing, signed Ripped Off

Called Dunedin Plumbing for leaky tub faucet. An old man of 104 showed up. He started working when a big bang noise came from the kitchen. He had popped my water filter. After bypassing the filter he continued work on the tub. An 1:45 minuets later he was done, cost $209. Later that day when I got home the faucet was still leaking. They said it would be an additional $700. WTF! They would not refund my money. I got another plumber who actually fixed it for $240. Stay away from Dunedin Plumbing, they're a big ripoff.

Be aware when you call for a service, they send you a plumber and a helper, you'll end up paying close to $200 an hour. What a scam. One star is one too many. You deserve no stars !!!

Want to highly recommend Dunedin Plumbing. Evan, the plumber, came to my home and was not only professional but knowledgeable and educational. Learned so much from him. First time I have ever used a plumbing company and was so very pleased. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dunedin came to my condo complex an fixed some water shut offs.they were very polite and did the work in less time than they said.they cleaned up after themselves and everything works great!!!!! Then Bob came and looked at my floor because the wood was buckling up. Very nice and explained the problem . Great company!!!!!

They were hired to install a new bathroom sink. The pipe underneath leaked after the service provider left. We called about it and they came back the next day. They said they fixed it but it still leaked after they left. We called again and they sent out a quality control person. He looked at the sink and ignored what I said about where the leak was and said it was not a leak, that I wash my hands too vigorously. He left and it still leaked. We called a different plumber who came out and fixed it within 15 minutes. It has not leaked since. I gave them two stars because they came out very promptly each time, even though they fixed nothing when they did.

ON 8/30/2017 Dunedin Plumbing installed a new bathroom faucet in my bathroom. One day later, the faucet leaked. There was a bucket of water leaking from the faucet they installed. I was told the cost would be $95.00. The next dayn i called to state the faucet leaked. I was told i would have to pay an additional $25.00 for them to stop the leak. The technician should have made sure there was no leak before after he installed the faucet. He did not check to see if the faucet was leaking. He installed the faucet within 45 minutes and left. I should not have had to pay the additional $25.00 for them to stop the leak that they had left the undone the day before. There was dishonesty with this company. Please beware of hiring this company. They do not perform good workl

Very expensive, and and will stick you with a magically large bill. However they are professional, do good work and are friendly. Just expect to pay 2-5x what every they tell you it will be. They said I needed to replace a section of pipe in the front yard after they came and snaked and used the camera ($400). I Dug the hole in the yard they came out and cut the old pipe out and dropped a new one in. I was told the whole thing would cost $500. I end up with an invoice for $2,200. They were friendly and did a good job, but I will not be using again after my experience with them.

Called Dunedin Plumbing to discuss replacing our water heater. Very informative. They gave a great price and premium product. Rob and Josh showed up to do the job. Cleaned up afterwards and did great. Highly recommend.
