I live right down the block from this business, where there a woods and shrubbery on one side of the street.I'm 64,with physical disabilities, and walk my dog on this block every morning. It is a highly ignored 25 MPH speed limit.Today,a Dunedin Plumbing truck sped down this street, missing us by maybe,2-3 feet.I reported this to ,who I believe is a manager there,Scott, who could not have been more rude, crude, and unprofessional. He didn't want to hear my complaint, interrupted me several times, saying"""" I don't have time for this.I have a business to run.I have 18 trucks,I can't be responsible for them"""".He finally, angrily said,""""If you have a complaint about the(regular)speeders, call the police to put a radar trap there"""",and hung up.Very professional, huh?I reported him,and the situation to the Dunedin mayor's office Police Department liason .By the way,I only rated them a 1,because 0 was not an option!.

Awful - they replaced 2 bathroom sinks and when I realized later that one of the faucets was leaking the lady on the phone denied they did the work even though I was able to give her the invoice number! I had to pay another plumbing company to come out to fix what Dunedin did not complete. I have used them 3 times - twice they did not get the billing straight and a month later (in 2 incidents) they finally got the billing straight (the plumber wrote down the credit card number incorrectly - I can see that happening once, but twice? And both times it took them a month to figure it out?). Very rude on the phone. I will not use them again.

TERRIBLE!!! Rick was the plumber and I'm sorry to say but he's mature. Came out to remove my old sink before I had new counter tops installed. Had to have my fiance help him lift the sink out because of his hernia. That night I noticed the water was not turned off properly and it leaked for 24 hours all over the cabinet under the sink. The next day they came out to put in the new sink and it was the same plumber Rick. He stinks like cigarette smoke. I told him about the leak. He tried to blame me for all the cleaning products being down below. Seriously? He saw I was putting in a brown sink (he saw the sink the day before) but only had white and cream caulk. So someone had to bring him brown to match my sink. While he was installing the sink I called the office to complain about the water damage. I was told they would send one of the owner's but they didn't they sent out the damage company and now I have 4 very LOUD fans in my kitchen and dining room drying the water! I wish they had sent out one of the owners so I could complain face-to-face. I guess he didn't want to hear what a paying customer had to say! NOT PAYING FOR THIS INSTALLATION! WORST COMPANY EVER! NEVER USE THEM!

Be careful they quote price for one plumber over the phone $95 + $100 an hour additional. Then send 3 and charge you per hour for each of them whether they are needed or not. Then only one stays on the job wile the others drive away wile your being charged for their labor on the job. Also they did not give a full breakdown of the work done """"costs"""" on the first bill. They had to come back another day and this bill had a breakdown of charges but one of charges had $125 with no indication of what was $125. With what looked like white out all over the bill. Total bill says a 40 gal water heater install was $1900. Water heater says it is a 36 gal capacity.

I have a rental property in Paln Harbor, Florida on 4/14/17 my tenant called them to come out an fix a leak in the bathroom when the plumber came out he said he would not open the wall to fix leak because there could be mold he left with doing nothing a month later I recieve a charge for $215.00 on my credit card. When I called the office the receptionist was rude an pretty much said their keeping the charge on my credit card which I will be disputing! I leave it up to anyone reading this yo decide gor yourself if that's the kind of business you want to do business with.

Dunedin Plumbing did an EXCELLENT job! Mike was sent out to clear a blockage and he went above and beyond to provide professional service. No question who I would call in the event a plumber is required - Dunedin Plumbing.

I requested a quote from this business. They got back to me pretty quickly. They said for $95 they will come to my home for 45 minutes and work on an estimate of what I need done. After the 45 minutes is over they charge $25 per 15 minutes. Excuse me!? I don't understand this. Example : tattoo artist, lawyer, dentist, flooring/window installation, etc... = free consultation/estimates. I continued looking for local plumbers (not the Big Box places such as McDonalds) and found some that do not charge a trip fee or an 'estimate' fee. You get more customers with honey... treat people with respect and don't try and take them for their money. That is how loyalty to your product is gained. I will be doing my business elsewhere, sadly. I really wanted to stick with down-home local.

RIP OFFS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had my plumbing problem diagnosed, they came to fix but NOT THE PROBLEM. The problem remained until I called a different plumbing company who FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY AND CHARGED ME HALF! Oh, and did I mention I paid Dunedin Plumbing over $1000 to fix something that wasn't broken??? No refund. Ironically, as I mentioned this to several friends it appears this is a very common problem with Dunedin Plumbing. RIP OFFS!

New sewer lines from house to tie in with county. Adam came out and was polite, informative and explained the process of permitting and environmental approval. He wrote up an estimate and explained it every step of the way. I asked for an added repair and he took a look and explained it completely. We signed, he left and all was good. When I called to see when job was starting Scott was rushed and rude. Every time I've spoken to him he has been short and rude to me. He finally put me on hold and went to a computer and told me """"We'll be out tomorrow to start the job."""" No notice? No courtesy call? I called back to ask how long water would be out of use and was told a minimal amount of time which is true for the installation. A tech came by today, put a float ball in one end and filled the length with water. I only know this because I saw his truck out front. Not knock, no courtesy call, no information offered about how long we would be unable to flush. I called the office to inquire and run some of my customer service concerns to Scott. He essentially cut me off and stated the scope of their job. When I asked if he saw the customer service issue he again shut me down. I asked him to check the computer on a hot water heater they had installed and he stated """"I'm not near a computer, I'm actually eating my lunch."""" Strange answer for a co-owner. Bottom line - if you use Dunedin Plumbing I suggest you deal with Adam and Brian and do you best to have nothing to do with Scott. He is the quintessential kid who inherited dads business. Luckily Brian is a good balance. Guys who did the job were always nice they just need better direction.

was advised to paint over black mold on baseboards. I'm surprised the plumber didn't know fecal bacteria may stem from a toilet leak. I ended up having to file an insurance claim, it's good I didn't follow their advice.
