For the past few years, our go-to plumber has been Dundee, and they've never disappointed. They do great work, their prices are competitive and fair, and they're no-nonsense straight shooters. What they quote is what you're charged. Recently, they came to install a new bathroom sink faucet for us. It needed a minor adjustment. We called, they came the very next day, and the issue was taken care of immediately--and with a smile. We've confidently recommended Dundee to our friends and family.

Excellent. We have used Dundee several times, always an urgent call and always received same day service. 100% reliable and punctual, always makes contact to let us know when to expect him. That alone is great but combined with professionalism, honesty, reasonable and fair prices, Dundee is the only plumber I use. Trust him completely as a person and a businessman and as an extra bonus he is a dog lover. The quality of work is impeccable, this man genuinely knows what he is doing and focuses on what is best for each and every situation. It's very hard to please people but all our friends and neighbors use him and would never allow another plumber into their homes. One of my toilets wouldn't stop running, so I shut the water and called Dundee....Ian showed up less than 2 hours later, which I thought was terrific, as the situation was not emergent. He got right to work and replaced a worn fill valve, first giving me the choice to use the expensive Kohler brand part or a much-less expensive model, which he said does the same thing....up-front and honest. He also replaced the flapper with a new one that I had, again saving me a few dollars.
My family has been in residence for over fifty years, and Dundee is here as long, so I always knew they must be good, but had a plumber in our family for most of that time.
Toilet is working great, repair is warrantied for a year, and I now have a reliable, honest and reasonably-priced plumber in the neighborhood...thank you!

Dundee Plumbing & Heating was very responsive when I called shortly after they opened this morning.
My son told me our hot water heater (gas) was leaking water. I left a message with Dundee and they returned my call promptly.
In less than 2 hours the plumbers were in my basement assessing the problem and checking on the warranty.
I was told they would return shortly with a replacement water heater. When they returned it took 40 minutes to get the damaged heater out and the new one in place and functioning.
The price was VERY reasonable.

Ian is the boss and while he is a very competent plumber he is also apparently very rude and short tempered. He replaced a kitchen faucet for me on my rental property and never mentioned that the hot water is not working. So when I called him back to fix it he was very short tempered on the phone, sarcastic and when he did finally show back up to repair it, rolled his eyes at me. I think they do decent work but would appreciate more without the nasty attitude.

We had a problem with our hot water heater so we called Dundee. They were quick to come to our house which was great but the service man seemed a little irritated. He said he does not have the part in his truck and has to go to the store to get it. He then called us back and said his store didn't have the part so we would have to wait possibly 2 days. We informed him our plumbing supply store where we bought the tank (which is only a few blocks away) confirmed they had the part. He replied ""I dont deal with them"" to which we replied ""I can go there right now and it will be here by the time you're back"". The service man was nasty and said ""I don't have time for this, call someone else!"" Then hangs up. So I called the head office to let them know the situation and possibly send someone else. I was told the service man was the owner. This service man/owner knew we have tenants and already lost a day of hot water and he just blew us off.
