I call to make an appointment with the owner to come out to my Mom's home to give an estimate on basic plumbing work needed. The customer service was good with the initial contact. However, that's where it stops. I called to confirm the appointment, but was told that the appointment time was wrong & that it had to have been mistakenly made. How can that be when we spoke about the day/time & both agreed to both. I was told that no matter, he would still show up for the scheduled time. No one showed up nor called to notify that they would not be able to make the appointment. It's extremely disappointing as I saw good reviews on another website for this company. I guess that's all a hoax. Save your time and effort.
