Great company.

My wife was very annoyed about our outside spigot that leaked.

We called Duncan Plumbing. They were able to be out with in a few days.

The guys showed up in the arrival window. They were able to give me a price before they started. The price did not change after the work was complete.
They worked at a steady pace and completed in a timely manner.

My experience with Duncan Plumbing was below expectations. First, their communication was poor. When I called to set up appointment the girl said 9 to 9:30. There was nothing said about tech calling to confirm time. It was communicated an 85 estimate fee that would then be incorporated into the service if completed. On the day of service, due to my business, my phone was off. Therefore I did not receive a call asking if the tech could come early at 8:30. At 9:10 I noticed I had missed a call from an unknown number. The tech had left a message and for me to call. I attempted to call his number with no answer so I called Duncan directly. The tech had been dispatched to the third call of the day because I did not answer. The woman started making this my fault until I reassured her that it was ok just when could he be here as it was not a "crisis ". The call was rescheduled for later that day for 5:00. I received a call, in the middle of a therapy session, took the call because I did not want a repeat of earlier. Stephen arrived at around 5:30. Went to my bathroom, deduced the issue was a water fill component. Asked if I wanted it fixed, and jokingly said of course unless we are talking 2 to 300 dollars. With all seriousness he said, the repair would be 265.00 dollars. I was appalled. My gosh, I was currently, right then having 3 rooms of carpet steam cleaned, which meant moving furniture, and the job was a 2 hour job for just over 200 dollars! If he had said even up to 150 I would have agreed but that was ridiculous. So I paid the 85 dollars that I agreed to and sent him on his way. What a ripoff!

Never used this plumbing company before, they showed up on time and diagnosed problem, fixed it in about 20 to 30 min.

Had Duncan out today and once again great professional service. My experience with them is good communication and scheduling. They show up when they say and will call if running behind or ahead of schedule. Paul came out this morning and he is a joy as well as a knowledgeable and proficient plumber. Thank y'all at Duncan for being an asset to this area!!!!

Professional technicians but the hour they were here they changed out one outdoor faucet and charged my wife $450. Not an emergency call, just standard charge. Ridiculous!

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with Duncan Plumbing. I'm in an older house and had to replace all my clay pipes. It was a big job( digging up old pipes and even cutting through my driveway. They were fast and professional. Truly some of the nicest people on the planet. My yard looked like a war zone after they started and now that it's finished, you can hardly tell what all was done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
