I was desperate to have the work done and had to accept the estimate. The work was fine but they charged $1252 for ONE HOUR WORK by one man. I complained and they agreed to take $125 off. I complained more and they said they would take another $125 off. Now I only had to pay $1002 for one hour work. If you want to pay over $1000/hour for plumbing service, chose Duncan Plumbing.

Quick, competent, friendly and affordable. What more could you want? We had a leak in our kitchen sink faucet that seemed to be getting worse by the hour. We called Duncan and they had a guy out to replace the faucet the following day. Nice guy, good work, reasonable price. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The technician was friendly and helpful. However, their prices are high. There was some attempt at up selling. The technician did a good job and there are no leaks after replacing the bathroom faucets.

My hot water quit on Sunday. I called at 9am Monday and two guys were here by 5pm. When we went down to my basement to look at the water heater, we discovered a foot+ of water in my basement!! They stayed calm, shut off the water & got to work. I was NOT calm.

To my surprise they put trash bags over their legs & went in! They found & repaired the leak & even pumped out some of the water. I was so afraid they would tell me to get rid of the water & call them back when its gone, leaving me with no water in the meantime, but they didn't! They dove in and saved the day! Thanks guys, I appreciate you!!

I called Duncan plumbing on a recommendation and I live in the county approximately 15 miles from their front door. It turns out that they service Watsonville which is at least 18-20 miles from their front door and despite needing two separate services performed, they blew me off .....so I thought I'd return them the favor.

So yesterday day we woke up and our pilot light was out (again) on our 20 year old water heater, but this time it would not stay lit no matter what we did. Duncan was able to come out within a couple hours to look and discovered that the problem was both the thermocouple and a temperature sensor and we decided to go ahead and get a new water heater. We were thinking we'd have to wait awhile to get it sorted out, but Duncan Plumbing was actually able to fix everything, drive back to their shop from Boulder Creek, get our water heater and hook it up. They also found and fixed another problem with our pressure regulator which would have eventually damaged our new heater. All of this happened in one day and with minimal disruption to our activities. They were professional and patient when explain options to us. When they left, the work space was completely clean and tidy and we were very happy and satisfied with the work as well as the efficiency with which it was performed. Thank you!

We had a leak and we were unsure of its origin. Duncan Plumbing quickly worked to add us to their scheduling to help me as soon as possible. They were extremely communicative and professional. Once at my home, the plumber worked efficiently to identify where the link was coming from. Once the leak was found ,the work was done well and the area left clean. So extremely pleased with the expediency of service by Jorge at Duncan Plumbing Santa Cruz. He arrived on time (actually early after getting a call to see if that was ok) for pricing consult/quote of a non-emergent water heater exchange, along with new connections, etc. While the price quote was not the cheapest compared to the others I'd already gotten, it was more inclusive of all the necessary work & needs. Jorge knew all the current rules/regulation entailed. He was also available to do the full project right away. I felt safe in his knowledge, capabilities, & space. So yay. Project done & no potential future worries about my water heater. So, grand thanks to Jorge. Also, must say that all prior phone/online contacts were very pleasant setting up my appointment. Duncan Plumbing has a wonderful team & they clearly care for their customers & about customer service. They even called me the day after just to check & make sure all was ok. They now have a customer for life & I'll be recommending them to my neighbors & friends. THANKS !!!
