these people have bent over backwards to help us when my air unit quit in june and i didnt have the money to fix it. when we stopped to let them know. they had located a temporary window unit for us to borrow at no cost until we could do something about it. thanks for all the help! i got a cheaper unit estimate but after looking at it i realized alot of the things on the first estimate were going to be left off the labor done. its a 20 year old unit and i didnt want to shortcut anything id have to pay another house call and have the stuff torn apart to fix it later. thanks Duncans for making sure it was all set up to be done right the first time. very polite employees and family. response time was maybe an hour at the most,

I've used them for other service calls in the past and whenever I have a question, they are always willing to answer those questions and suggest the best way to go about getting the job done - whether they were hired to do it or not. That to me, means they are tops in their trade!

They were excellent to work with. New water heater with install was LESS than any of the Home Improvement stores in the area. Much faster service than I've received from other plumbers in town. They did a nice job on the install - no messes left behind. They were very honest with quoting and very accurate.
