They were unable to give a quote on an air conditioner (without installation) when provided with the complete specifications unless they visited the property first. There was no way to assess value for money in a reasonable amount of time. Furthermore, the temperature was in excess of 105°. Calling was a waste of my time.

Duncan Heating and Air has been a true lifesaver for us amidst the scorching heat wave in West Texas. Their prices were incredibly reasonable, and their communication was top-notch. They swiftly addressed the necessary repairs without pushing any unnecessary add-ons on us. Their focus was solely on fixing what needed to be fixed, and they did so efficiently. We had to have the condenser and exchanger replaced on a 5 ton unit. There were very few options for repair due to the R22 system. Thanks!

There was water leaking into the garage. Dustin came over not too long after I called. I thought the water heater needed replacing because it wouldn't heat up, but Dustin quickly determined that the water heater could be fixed easily, which he did. The leaking, however, came from the air conditioner. He was able to get it all taken care of.

Fantastic company and really seems to understand and care for their customers. Had an issue with our AC on Labor Day. Called Duncan and Steve arrived at my home within an hour. Steve asked a few questions and had identified the issue within 30 minutes. We were presented several option for repair along with pros/cons of each. Ultimately we decided to go with the more expensive repair that would extend the life of the entire system and not just replace the failed component.

We will be using Duncan for our AC service and repair work in the future!

They rescued us from a bad situation caused by Lowery plumbing. Lowery had insisted our unit needed to be replaced inside and out because it was bad (it is 5 years old). They said we could try putting a new motor in ($700) but not worth it on such a damaged unit. Said it would run us $7,500-$10,000.

Duncan rep said the unit was in decent condition and repaired the motor. All for $400, inclulding the call out fee. If we'd started with them we would have saved $500. They were professional, helpful, saved us a LOT of money and basically lifesavers. They have made us customers for life. We will never use another company. They were honest, and that is worth much more than just $.

If I could give them no stars I would. I called March 5th and asked if I could get an estimate on replacing two outside faucets. I was told that a tech would need to come out and it would be a $75 dollar service call just for an estimate. I told Bridget that I've already talked to two of their competitors and they are going to give me free estimates. She told me she would talk to the owner and he would call me back.
Today March 13th I just got off the phone with Bridget who told me she talked to the owner and he still stood by the $75 dollar service call just for an estimate. She also told me that I said if that was true I wouldn't be using them... which was a lie. I never said that and was waiting for a call back from the owner. After that call I'll never use Duncan. And to think I'm going to need to replace my AC unit this summer. Duncan is going to miss out on that one as well.
