Have a oak tree in my yard which has found water, my toilets water. David came out promptly when they said they would. Worked very hard getting the drains cleaned all the way to the front of the house. He explained every-thing he was doing, cleaned everything up. I've used them before and will continue to use them, David and Brian. I have not had the oportunity to use Henry yet.

I made a call to get service done at my home and Michelle the front office lady who dispatches the plumbers was very rude and unprofessional. No work ethic, very poor customer service. If you have a first bad encounter when you call you can only imagine the poor service they'll provide.

Said they would be here between 11-1. Arrived around 1:30. Less than 2 hours of work and the bill was $500 for labor. Cleared the kitchen sink, 2 sinks in the master bath, and for the small leak around the base of the toilet (installed in 2018) - claimed the wax ring needed replacing. There was no smell - just a little bit of water. $250 to replace a wax ring and supply line (that's what was on the invoice, but did not see any parts coming in or old parts taken out.) (My daughter was home and hadn't dealt with repair before - didn't know to ask, and the person didn't tell her until it was time to pay. Checked the security camera footage. No parts coming in, no trash/old parts coming out) Was here less than 2 hours, and $500. Maybe they are great and worth the price for more technical jobs that some other reviews describe and were so happy with the work. Maybe other reviewers aren't concerned with pricing. Really disappointed that is the way they do business.

I'd give 10 stars...100 stars! We had a small plumbing job that another plumber totally botched up and charged an enormous amount of money. Bryan came out and with existing parts, got it exactly right. Fixed the other guy's mess all for a single service call. Can't recommend highly enough.

Replaced angle stops for clothes washer and ran line to hook up ice maker on new refrigerator. Was here on time, no issues with install. Tech(Dave) was personable and price was good, would recommend Dunbar Plumbing!

We had a shower that had been leaking for months. I had called 3 pervious plumbers, 2 no-shows and one (from Anji's) just replaced the cartridge (which I told him I had already done) and then said he needed to drive to San Jose and left. Brian from Dunbar Plumbing came by to give us a quote which he did, but when he saw how bad it was he dropped everything to fix it right then and there. Fast, efficient, courteous, and solved our issue in about two hours. He has our plumbing business from now on.

Great company. Very professional. They show up on time when they say they'll be there. Recently they responded out to my house for a busted pipe within 2 hours - and still charged me a reasonable amount of money and didn't take advantage.
