I can't believe I can again say I had a GREAT experience with any plumber but I have always had a great experience with Dave at Dun Well. Just having a plumbing problem gives me a lot of anxiety, having it happen on a Sunday made it even worse. Luckily I read that Dun Well has 24 hour service so I decided to get my hot water as soon as possible. Dave was able to come within a few hours and he did his magic!! He was able to fix it quickly and educated me on how to restart it if needed. I was SO grateful - I know nothing about water heaters and it was obvious that I was willing to take any steps needed to get my hot water as soon as possible. He could have sold me a new water heater and I would have been happy. I am a senior citizen and so many of my friends have shared their 'horror' stories about their plumbing experiences, they have been charged outrageous prices and weren't happy with the work that was done. I am SO thankful that I KNOW I can trust Dave and Dun Well. He has done a few other jobs for us and they have all been done at a great price and in a timely manner. The first job he did for us he not only gave us a great price, he didn't cut into our drywall like the other 3 plumbers wanted to do - that was several years ago and all is still great! It is a real pleasure dealing with him, I almost look forward to my next plumbing job - almost! :) Again, you will not be disappointed!!!

Love these guys. Dave and his crew are great and their prices are great. I've had them clear drains, re-pipe old houses and even do the small jobs others wouldn't. I recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.

Dun Well Plumbing has done well for me! I have had two emergency plumbing needs in the last 6 months. 1st, a couple months ago, my water heater had a blow out and spilled water all over. I was at work and wasn't able to take care of it. I called Dun Well and Dave took great care of me. He came out with a new water heater and replaced the old one on the same day! Awesome response! Then just yesterday I had a clog in my kitchen sink line. Water was totally backed up and not draining at all. Dave came out once again at a moments notice and worked very hard to snake my drain. He was very persistent and finally got my drain cleared out. Amazing work! 5 stars for sure for 2 jobs done right! Thank you Dun Well!

I've had them out for services over the past 5 - 6 years, and am very pleased with them. They've always been out when promised, work done properly ( never had to return ) and priced fairly. Technicians have been polite, clean, and neat. I highly recommend you consider them, I'm sure you'll be happy as well!

These guys are the worst. I really question their ethics.

I called them out to unclog my kitchen sink and they broke the pipe under the sink sending gook everywhere. I can deal with the fact that they had an accident but the guy just stared at me until I cleaned up the mess.

I mistakenly called them a second time, I had their card along with the plumber I had used since then in a drawer and grabbed the wrong one. I had two problems I had to address, I let them work on the one that needed immediate attention and got an just out of curiosity got an estimate for the one that could wait.

The immediate issue was that I needed a pressure regulator installed, they threw it in with a bunch of glue and it it didn't look very well done. What I hadn't noticed is that they connected the copper part to galvanized steel which causes a bad reaction and rusts easily. (I'll attach a picture of how it looks now). I looked up the exact pressure regulator they said was special order and I was lucky they had one. Home Depot had a shelf stacked with them for $250 less than what he charged me.

The second issue was a leak coming up through my pavement. He said they'd have to dig up the patio and driveway to find the leak and it would run into the thousands, maybe more depending on what they found. I had a leak detection company come out the next day and they found it with whatever leak detection machine they use, then plugged a small leak in the sprinkler plumbing. Cost was the hourly rate. No change for the part.

Dunn-Well plumbing is Amazing . They are honest, and do excellent work . They have done work at my place numerous times as we went through remodeling and changed our old pipes etc . They are also quick and on time . They are the best if you want someone reliable you can trust .

This is the first time using Dun-Well Plumbing. They tackled a large job replacing sewer lines under a large 47 unit commercial/residential complex. Extremely professional and highly concerned with the water needs of the commercial unit's customers as well as the residential tenants while they worked. The project headed by David was almost painless as far as the inconvenience to tenants.The price was fair and the workers did an excellent job cleaning up. Would highly recommend David and Dun-Well for any project large or small.

The very nice, clean and efficient plumber came and replaced the pipe up in my ceiling that was leaking. He gave me different options and price quotes and explained everything to me. He did the work very quickly. He even offered to sweep up the floor! Again, I'm so glad to have found an honest and fair company.

This is now the second time I've used Dun-Well Plumbing and have enjoyed the same pleasant experience. They came out the same day that I requested help which was on Monday and finished the job today on Wednesday (as I needed to buy a new hot water heater yesterday ).

They charged me a fair price for the installation of the new water heater. ( I had researched online what to expect to pay for the installation of a water heater and their rate was within the range ).

They sent out a very professional and courteous young man named Albert who is a good representation of the company. I would highly recommend them and use them again. Reasonable prices, good work and professional people.

I was grateful for their prompt response particularly during a busy holiday week.
