They came when when they said they would, and they did all the precautions. They were very courteous. BUT, when they came for drain clean out they convinced me that some of my galvanized pipe work needed to be redone. So I agreed since they were there. However, when they took my toilet out they should have stopped right there. The hole under the toilet was way to big to redo the pipe work at that time and should have had a home improvement guy fix the floor there first. BUT, they didn't, not only that they did very shoddy work, weird angles to make things fit because they miss calculated the length of pipe they cut. So they had to rig it up to fit. They re set the toilet with shims under it and the toilet now sets a 1/4 inch above the floor and the shims show. I am now looking at an additional $800-$1000 dollars to fix this issue.
I was gullible and didn't say anything.
Now I hope they will give me some refund for the problem.
We'll see.

My mother's kitchen sink was clogged and two other plumbers had come out to try to snake it only for it to get clogged again soon after, even after being careful to strain what went down the drain. My mom called one of the plumbers back and they wanted to charge double for the same service.

I called around and found Sterling after a few other plumbing services referred me to him. He was very communicative, responsive, and got the job done. He asked relevant questions and tried to assess the specific situation before giving his estimate. He was on time, courteous, extremely professional, charged an extremely reasonable price which was a little less than his initial estimate. He treated my mother fairly, didn't try to cheat her, and explained the process before he started, making her feel very comfortable. We would highly recommended Sterling to anyone

It was a Friday night, 10 pm to be exact, when everything just went kablooey. After a few quotes Dun Rite gave me the best quote and could come early on Saturday morning. Bright and early Saturday morning Sterling showed up and proceeded to fix the clog. But I needed a further service. Guess what in the end the cost of unclogging, getting rid of a grease build up in my pipes by using a hydro jet and coming early on a Saturday - still cheaper than everybody else.
Sterling was professional, knowledgeable and kind to my cat.
I would definitely use Dun Rite again.

We were in despair when we discovered a drain backed up stinky black water into our basement laundry sinks. When we realized the sinks were ready to spill over, we had no time to waste. I called two other plumbing companies and didn't hear back. These guys picked up right away and said that they would be here within 30 minutes.

They were personable, fair and did the job well with good humor and perseverance. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and feel satisfied and relieved. All's well that ends well.

Sterling is a solid old school plumber. Hydro jet cleaning main drain is the way to go for sure. He said I won't leave this job until he feels it is done to his word. I recommend this plumber all the way. Seamless experience!!

I'm so very satisfied with this company; They came out did some much needed drain cleaning for me that didn't drain my pockets nor did I feel taken advantage of because I'm a female.

The gentlemen gave me 3 options and explained the process of each and we both came to a solution that was a solution to the problem I was having and about 30 minutes later delivered a drain sock for my washing machine .

Now I have a great Plummer and now Fantastic drain cleaner!!! All referred by Yelp.
