Had a great experience with Jack and his son Zach. I booked with Jack and he was friendly, polite and very reasonable with his scheduling availability. Zach was the one who came and did the work. He was able to save us needed to replace our interior shut offs for our outdoor water faucets by resealing them and that did the trick for stopping the leaking every time we turned it on! We also had an unnecessary and dangerous shut off that was placed above a light in the laundry room, which also leaked. I don't know how he did it, but Zach removed the shutoff and replaced it with straight pipe without removing the light! So impressed as I could hardly wrangle my body in there to fiddle with the shutoff to try to stop the leaking. The bill came in the mail and I was impressed with how reasonable it was. I will definitely be using these guys again!

We always use Jack and his crew for numerous jobs. They have always been fast, efficient, and nothing but fair with the work they have done. They are professional and always punctual. I would never use anyone else and Zack is amazing.

This morning, after a solid week of record-breaking low temperatures, we woke up to a burst pipe in our circa 1895 basement. I called a dozen plumbers but everyone was straight out, and with a blizzard predicted for tomorrow the soonest appointments I could get were more than 48 hours away. I called Jack Dumas Plumbing with little hope, but as luck would have it they already had someone working in my neighborhood, and Chris arrived about an hour later. I'll spare the details, but although things turned out to be a little more complicated than I'd originally thought/hoped (always the case with an old house), the situation was resolved in about two hours. I would absolutely recommend this company, and will call them the next time we - inevitably - have a plumbing issue.

I couldn't be happier... The single handle shower control came off in my hand yesterday.. water running.. now I cant turn off the water... I go downstairs shut off the water main and call Jack Dumas.. He calls back and says he might be able to get there the same day... if not in the morning... I am a happy camper! I get home from work last night and find the job is done. It's hard enough to find someone to come on time these days...but a person you can trust who can complete the job in 24 hours! Perfect! Thanks Jack!

My management company hired Jack to swap out a 40 gallon water heater at one of our properties. The bill cam to $1,352.66 which was a bid excessive.... So, I called and left a v-mail for him to call me back, so I can get an actual breakdown of the charges..... Long story short, he calls me back and before I can get a word in he says ""I know what you are trying to do. OK !.... the price is what it is"""""" and than he just hung up on me! I don't like leaving reviews, let alone bad one, since I know how much it means in the service sector, but I could not overlook this guy's bad manner and his short temper. YOU DO NOT SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT. and you DO NOT hang up on customer. Hope you treat your next customer better.

If you are looking for a plumber look no further. We have used other plumbers and Jack Dumas and his team are exceptional. We had an emergency plumbing program. Jack Dumas was on vacation but his son Zach responded in just a few hours. He was personable and professional. He quicky resolved the problem. The cost was vary reasonable. Cleanly the best plumbers in the Worcester area.

Since we bought our house a plumber has been our best friend. Unannounced to us our house had a house trap in the main drain. Within the first 3 months we had sewage backed up in our basement and it occurred pretty regularly every 6 months. We called multiple plumbers a couple different chain plumbers and a friend of the family. All told us we had an improper trap there was no exit point to clear the main drain with a large auger. Out of desperation a friend at work suggested Dumas plumbing. My husband called and said they could be out the following day. Jack came by to see what an improper trap looked like. He walked in the basement said it was a normal trap and took a hammer to the basement floor and found the exit point! His son was there first thing the next morning cleared the whole line and even reached in and cleaned out the trap. This is the cleanest our plumbing has been since we bought the house! The price was reasonable $300 for a main drain clean out. But I would have paid more just to have the solution to our problem fixed!
