Our apartment management company uses Duke's as their go to for plumbing issues, so I didn't know what to expect when they said they were sending someone from Duke's...but I was happy to find out that Duke's plumbing is great! They called me and were patient with my weird College schedule and put me in at a time when I would be around. The day of the repair came and they were prompt and efficient with the work and were very polite. I couldn't really ask for much else! 5/5

My renter called on a Friday night to let me know the water heater was leaking. I called Duke's hoping someone could come out that Saturday. Anthony called me right back and said, ""I can meet you there at 7:00 AM and get this taken care of."" Sure enough, he was at the unit right on time, took care of getting a new water heater and the old one taken away, and, true to his word, had the new one in that day. This was my first time using Dukes, but, obviously not my last. The service was great, and Anthony is the best. Don't hesitate to call these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Jerry came out to a condo I had listed for sale and promptly diagnosed the problems. We had two leaks, under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, and he got them fixed on time and on budget. Four months later, the kitchen sink started leaking! Turns out it was something totally unrelated to the previous repairs (dishwasher drain line). Jerry took care of it and even fit me into his busy schedule to make it happen.

The owner Anthony is great. He will tell you exactly what he did if there is anything else that needs to be done he lets you know. Super Polite, honest, fair and great at what they do. My property management had them come out to my place twice and both have been good experiences. I would totally use them for my plumbing issues.
