I've been through several plumbers and this one is the most strait forward and consistent. Standard hourly rate but they cranked a lot of work . Among three calls, I've had them fix my furnace, my swamp cooler, my leaky faucets, spigot, broken faucet handle. They never went over the hour and always just figured out the problem quickly and delivered quality work.

Pablo Estrada was great. Friendly, fast, and explained everything to us.
We have been using Wagner for many years now. We are a very satisfied repeat customer.

I had a new furnace installed and the service was great, My problem with it all was the repair money I spent for them to repair the old one. I feel I could have been told in the begging I needed a new furnace before I spent a small fortune on repairs, but I guess live and learn should have got other options. So far satisfied with the new one. Just saying it is a good idea to be honest and you get more business and keep a customer for life.

Overall, everything was great! The team showed up promptly. They said the AC/furnace installation would be completed by 5pm, and they were completed by 3pm! The only thing is that I was told in my initial appointment that I would get a wireless thermostat that I would be able to use with an app on my phone. They installed a basic thermostat and said they would be back out to replace it. It's been over a week, and I haven't heard anything. I reached out a couple of times via text message. I was told that they were forwarding my problem to the install manager. I haven't heard anything. I called the office today and was told someone would call me back to set up an appointment. I haven't heard anything. I would think that spending over $15K that this team would be on it.

Poor experience. Their representative was on time but either he had just woke up or had a hangover. He did have a belly hanging out between shirt and pants. He gave me a ballpark bid at about $20k, told him I could only afford half that. Without a word, he turned and walked out the front door.

The estimator was knowledgeable and extremely professional, He was thorough in gathering information about what it would take to install a heat pump system. After waiting nearly three weeks and getting no estimate I gave up and contacted another company where I received a prompt estimate and installation has begun. I realize that I am now paying top dollar for the work but I would rather pay extra for a company that responds and does not blow me off. I assume Wagner is too busy to be concerned about potential new customers. I am interested to see if they ever get back to me. Do not expect this company to be concerned about customer satisfaction. The person I met with was professional, the company is not.

We were having hot water issues with our indirect water tank. Jack & accompanying technician evaluated our entire system, identifying parts that needed replacement after 21 years. He explained everything & answered all my questions. After 5 hours of work, our system was running great. I appreciate Jack's professionalism. Wagner's company text messages call center & email reminders helped to make sure the job was done when it was scheduled to be done. Hard to get in New Mexico.

I needed 230V 50A electrical service installed for a new hot tub. Asked for 4 estimates. 3 came in around the same price, the fourth was going to be substandard work and thus cheaper. Of all the electricians only Faron Francisco offered to use the existing 1.5"" galvanized steel conduit AND bring the wires in that conduit up to code (I had Romex cables outdoors in the conduit supplying the AC and the current code does not allow Romex outdoors, only in the attic). Faron and Dennis did everything by the book, upgraded my outdoor cables going to the AC, used the existing conduit until it ended then beautifully installed more conduit, connected the hot tub and installed the circuit breaker in the planned location and made sure everything was functioning. I checked in on them periodically and I could see that they performed top quality work.

?Were not honest and charged me 95$ just to scare me and tell me I needed a circuit board, a motor and a cleaning for my heater that was blowing cold
air. After they left I broke down and cried thinking I need to get this done. I then called another company that came out and just cleaned out the heater top and bottom used some brush thing and only charged me 150.00 and didn't charge to come out. Wagner for cleaning alone wanted to charge me close to 400 plus I got scammed out of 95$. Shameful to take advantage of a Senior!!

my tankless water heater has not been working. I goes into error code and does not ignite. most places I called did not have anyone that could work on them. I found a technician at Wagner who could. he charged a nominal fee to diagnose the problem. I was given the option of buying the part needed and they would install the part. unfortunatley, when the part arrived the same technician was not available to install it. so they sent another technician, who admitted that he was not knowledgeable with tankless water heaters. after installing the new part, the water heater went into error mode again. so he advised that my only options were to let them keep guessing which part to replace or just replace the entire unit. As they were not knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. I was charged for both service calls as well as the gas valve that may or may not have needed to be replaced. I am in about $1000 and still no hot water. It's $4000-$6000 to replace the unit. the ""manager"" is supposed to call me back to see what they can do for me... it's been almost two months without hot water, and counting. I definitely do not recommend this company if you are trying to repair a tankless water heater.
