I requested a quote and they messaged back with an actual quote! Not, ""oh we'll have to come out and see..."" And it was very reasonable. Not only that, but they were able to come out immediately to fix our toilet which had a leak. It has been a few days, and everything seems good. But there is a 30 day guarantee on their work just in case.

We, of course, needed a plumber at 3pm on Friday of Labor Day weekend for a kitchen sink faucet replacement.
