Kitchen sink was clogged beyond the p-traps. Michael provided a quote and made a appointment for the next day (not an emergency), arrived early and had the drain opened quickly. Total time from arrival to departure less than 45 minutes. Everything was left clean. I appreciated his telling us that if he could not clear the drain, there would be no charge. Definitely will use him again on larger projects and routine maintenance.

Mike, the owner of Duggan Plumbing showed up early, and was very friendly. He did have to do a little more work that first envisioned, but that was because of our old and corroded fittings - which were over due for replacement to avoid future leaks. He gave us a discounted rate on the small additional work, and stuck to his original estimate for replacing the faucet. The work was done in less than 2 hours, and we are very happy with the results. He also check ed our water pressure to make sure it was within limits. Very nice work Mike.

I called Mike in the am for a possible bathroom tub faucet leak and he came within a couple of hours. Thankfully, there was no bathroom tub faucet leak. Mike checked all of my toilets and faucets to make sure everything was working properly. In addition, Mike checked the water pressure. Unfortunately, the water pressure was a little high which was not a good sign, however, he was able to replace the regulator within minutes!!! Mike was efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend Mike for your plumbing needs. He will be my go-to plumber in the future!!

My conclusion after two meetings with Mike. Basically, he's a really good person. As a homeowner, you do have a general sense of what needs to be fixed today v. maybe wait a little. My water heater was one of those on my radar when one day, no hot water. Long ago, a plumber friend of mine showed me how to reignite the pilot light, so I was familiar with the process, and it wasn't turning on. Took cold showers for 2 or 3 days. I did a yelp search, and a few plumbers came by for a quote. Mike was prompt, responsive and was able to get the light going again. This was early September 2021. A few weeks ago (early April 2022), a neighbor advised that one of the outside pipes was constantly dripping. I was semi wondering if this was an HOA issue, or my issue, or my downstairs neighbor issue. I am also unsure if this is the kitchen sink, dishwasher, shower... etc. My mental bias... water heater. I reached back out to Mike from my previous search, scheduled on a day/time when my neighbor and I were both home. Turns out it's my downstairs neighbors TMP sensor (relief valve, something or other). Awesome! Happy to know it's not my leak. I paid the nominal service fee, and the downstairs landlord will contact Mike directly to discuss. What I appreciate is that I was not pressured to change out my working-for-now water heater and his prices are extremely reasonable. Mike taught me what to look for and will be first on my list when the replacement will eventually take place. Hoping for later than sooner.

I originally had a handful of issues that he looked into - some of them turned out to be non-issues that he didn't charge me for when he could've done unnecessary work to make money. Trustworthy guy, got the job done, and it was a fair price compared to other estimates I've received. I will definitely reach out again for the next major issue that comes up.

If you need a new garbage disposal quick, this is the place to call. Don't bother trying to DIY to ""save"" some money. The time it took for Michael to respond to my request was minutes, came out the next day and replaced the old GD with a new one in 30 min. Work was so clean and the new GD just works. Couldn't be happier with the turnaround time and quality.

Mike is very honest. Very mild manner and easy to get along with. Got a lot of recommendations through a local Facebook group to give Mike a try. My water heater on 3/30/22 gave out. I text Mike that morning who responded within minutes. He agreed to come out and take a look with a free quote even after 5pm. Sadly I did have to replace the water heater but Mike was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He came back next day on 3/31/22. He was even earlier than he had initially quoted. Mike did a fantastic job. I found myself my new local plumber. Thank you Mike for all your professionalism and promptness.
