We had Duff Plumbing Co. put a Rheem water heater in 2017 that lasted 6 years. I found out later that they purchased it at a Big Box store close to me, but I was told this was told it was the best. I later found out that the quality of the water heaters at Big Box stores are very low end unites not commercial.
I recently called to have them come out again to look at my water heater that was leaking, there was no answer so I left a detailed message, but never received a call back, its been over a week. We went with HELP plumbing, which we were very please with the professionalism and timeliness.

We contacted Duff Plumbing to provide an estimate for some miscellaneous plumbing repair work. They came out and looked at what needed to be done . . weeks ago. They never provided an estimate. I contacted them again and was told they would get back to me. Haven't heard from them since. I will never contact them again.

We are very please with the service and workmanship from Duff Plumbing Co. They are always professional, clean and neat. Sherrie is very efficient and knowledgeable gathering information so the service techs are fully prepared to do the job. They do things right the first time. They have remodeled two of our homes, doing major bathroom and kitchen remodels and many small repairs for over 30 years. We will always call Duff Plumbing Co. It is also very nice to get a live person when you call!
