Basically told me to get lost. Called them because my plumber recommended I give the details directly. Wasted my time explaining in detail what I needed them to do just to have the less than knowledgable person on the phone tell me we don't sell to homeowners. Well your not selling to me or my plumber now.

Our salesman, Jerry Conway is the best!! Fantastic guy who knows what he is doing. The only complaint I have with Duff is the girl who answers the phone. I don't know who is monitoring her, but she sounds horrible!! She is really off putting and is probably the rudest receptionist I have dealt with and I deal with a lot of different companies on a daily basis. She needs elocution lessons or a different position.

Walk up to the counter, explain what you want, they bring it to you. Duff Company is better than those big box stores because you money stays local, the parking lot isn't ridiculous, they find the parts for you, and the employees will know your name after you've been there twice!
