I experienced phenomenal last minute service that got me and my family on the road again. I had my cargo trailer worked on here. What could have been a lot more expensive than the trailer is even worth turned out to be fairly priced here with straight-forward communication throughout the entire process. Very impressed with the assistance I received, and I would go back and/or recommend this place for everyone who needs rv/trailer repair.

What a life saver that we took our RV 5th wheel to Dues Camping Center after raking a huge tree limb that ripped our rubber roof to the point it was leaking inside. Joe stayed on top of our insurance company and kept us informed. Steve, the shop foreman did a fantastic job at fixing the entire thing. They did such a great job and we are so thankful to them and for all the extra care in restoring it back. All that extra lap sealant they put on top was a better job than how it came from the factory as new. Very conscientious of every detail.

Then when we picked it up, they surprised us and had even washed the entire thing from top to bottom! Truly amazing folks that work here. We would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for all our camping needs in the future.

Dues Camping Center did a great job making repairs on our RV. Joe Centeno, Service Coordinator, was extremely courteous and helpful. We were very satisfied with the repairs made on our travel trailer by Tyler. We were especially happy how quickly they were able to complete, because we were needing to use shortly.

We have used numerous services over the past three years (and if you know our RV you know we have had a TON of issues), but Dues is without a doubt the best we have worked with. We had to make an appointment, but then they worked on it when we took it in. Not the usual bring it in and we'll get to it in a couple weeks. It was ready the next day. Joe and the rest of the staff was efficient and helpful. We will have the roof resealed after we make a few more trips and they will definitely be our go to location in the future. Thanks!

After dropping of my pop up for an inspection and service on July 3rd. I wanted a total checkout. Went to pick it up in late September. Charged me 859.00 for a pizzo switch, inspection and a gas valve. I noticed they hadn't fixed the trailer lights like I asked. left it again for repair. and picked it up 2 weeks later. Said everything was working great. Went camping and the AC froze up, the refrigerator didn't work in any mode, 120V /12V/ or gas. water leaked everywhere when turning system on. Nothing I asked to have repaired worked correctly.
A lot of time and money wasted. Had to take it to another Service company to have repaired what they said was done. If I could give negative stars I would.

HORRIBLE service from the service department! Benny (the Service manager) seems surly and uncommunicative and Scott, IF HE decides to come out to your place, won't bother to alert you to the fact until about 15 minutes before he shows up, so if you're at work or out and about, you have to drop everything immediately and get back to your RV or he'll leave and the work goes undone. I TOTALLY regret doing business with this place, but it's the best of the alternatives. (Sigh)

I hate to ever leave a negative review, but customer service is a huge deal. Being rude over the phone was enough to deter me from using your services. I cannot imagine doing business and giving hard-earned money to people with attitudes like this. I had simply called with a question regarding my RV. Lady must have been having a bad day, but there really is no excuse to ever be so unprofessional. Leave your anger at the door. I will take my business somewhere that appreciates it.

I called to get an estimate on replacing the motor in my furnace. I told him the furnace had been removed from the RV and I just needed the motor changed because the bearings were bad. He said it would be $80 for the motor and $120 in labor. I confirmed it would be $200, give or take, to replace the motor. He said yes, they would do it for that, assuming they didn't find any other problems. I took the furnace in and in a couple of days got a call the repair would be $571. I told them I would pick the furnace up. When I arrived to pick the furnace up, they told me it would be $120 for the bench test. I told the service person I had called and was told the repair would be $200 give or take and asked how we got to $571. He said the motor was $140, $120 for a bench test and $240 for labor. I told him I was given bad information (original quote), that they were telling me something I already knew (the motor was bad) and now they going to charge me $120. I demanded to talk to someone higher up. The service person said I was going to pay something. The manager whom I talked to originally had been standing in close proximity the whole time and stepped up and said he was the manager and that I had talked to him. I asked him how 200 turned to 600. He began by telling me the motor was $200, which it wasn't as I already been told it was $140. When I corrected him on that he said he couldn't just change the motor without doing a bench test and that the labor to change the motor was 2 hours, based on the labor book repair shops use. I told him if he had told me it was going to cost that much, or even $300, I would have never brought the furnace in to begin with. For $600, I could almost buy a new one. My vehement protest resulted in him lowering the $120 to $60, because as he said the repair tech worked on commission and he had to pay him something and they don't make that much. I paid the $60 to get my furnace back. The manager obviously knew the repair would take more than 1 hour labor and a lot more than $200, but chose to low ball the estimate and give me a much larger bill in the end. In my opinion this is a classic bait and switch operation and Dues Campers should be renamed Dues Scammers.
