Do to road construction very difficult to get into the parking lot! But well worth the effort. Very helpful and items priced well. We were very pleased with our shopping experience there and recommend it if you need anything for your RV!

I have been a customer at Dues for several years and have always found them to be very professional and helpful. Joe and Steve the inside and outside managers respectively are very friendly and helpful. While I was washing our 27-foot fifth-wheel after coming home from Arizona and getting ready for a fishing trip to east Texas the next week with several reservations already made I discovered a broken spring on the rear axle. I called Joe about noon on Friday. He told me to bring it in and let them take a look at it. I was hoping that possibly they might be able to order the spring Friday afternoon and install it the following Monday so that we might only have to miss one day of our trip and I wouldn't have to cancel our reservations and disappointment the friends we were meeting. I got the trailer to them about 1:00 PM and was on my way home with a new spring by about 4:00 PM. They took a spring off a new axel they had in stock and installed on our trailer. What more could anyone ask? Dues does not sell RVs, so service is their first line of business and it shows.

I searched for the best company to repair/replace the roof on my travel trailer and decided to try Dues because of the mostly good reviews here. My first call was with Joe, nice man and I asked him if I could bring it for a roof repair, seam sealing, and wash. He told me a ballpark of $550 for all. I took notes and thought that was reasonable. Took the trailer to them. Got a call from Joe the next day. He then said the amount was $1079 for just roof repair! I took notes and know what I heard. My bad that I didn't ask for an itemized estimate. Buyer beware and get that written estimate before you let them do the work!

Most RV camping centers treat you like your lucky to be there. Dues does not sell RV's so their service is outstanding. I would recommend Dues for anyone who has trailer and RV repairs. I would recommend Joe in service. Heckuva good guy and stays on your repair. I will always use Dues

Not the same Dues as in the past. They filled our propane and didn't close the fitting properly so all my propane leaked out. We purchased a car dolly from them and they gave us a lesson on hook up, not the correct information and when we got our vehicle to the storage about 5 miles away our car tire was barely on the dolly. The former owner of Dues would have never had untrained techs. Sorry to lose their service. This used to be a company I trusted a lot.

Brought our fifth wheel here for a pre-purchase inspection. The entire staff was friendly and easy to work with. They offered a competitive inspection price compared to surrounding trailer lots which earned them our business. Joe was professional and quick to bring up his findings to the interested buyer who paid for the inspection and provided the report via email which makes the rest of this sale smooth sailing for both parties.

If we ever have another trailer we'll definitely come back here for service needs.

Many thanks to Joe and his team. My wife and I were traveling from Louisiana to Galveston when our toilet seal would not water rendering it unusable. We called ahead to Dues Camping (recommended as an option by Dometic customer service). Joe was very receptive to our situation and said he would take a quick look if we stopped in. We showed up around 3 PM and Joe and his team fixed the issue and had us back on the road within an hour! While we were waiting in the reception area we walked around the retail store. Great prices on accessories. We would definitely come back and use Dues Camping Center.

Driving through from California I was trapped by a huge thunderstorm. My Roadtrek started a strong leak around the TV antenna.
I called, they fit me in immediately and I was back on the road a few hours later.
They were so professional and helpful, I would highly reccomend them. Thanks.

I experienced phenomenal last minute service that got me and my family on the road again. I had my cargo trailer worked on here. What could have been a lot more expensive than the trailer is even worth turned out to be fairly priced here with straight-forward communication throughout the entire process. Very impressed with the assistance I received, and I would go back and/or recommend this place for everyone who needs rv/trailer repair.

What a life saver that we took our RV 5th wheel to Dues Camping Center after raking a huge tree limb that ripped our rubber roof to the point it was leaking inside. Joe stayed on top of our insurance company and kept us informed. Steve, the shop foreman did a fantastic job at fixing the entire thing. They did such a great job and we are so thankful to them and for all the extra care in restoring it back. All that extra lap sealant they put on top was a better job than how it came from the factory as new. Very conscientious of every detail.

Then when we picked it up, they surprised us and had even washed the entire thing from top to bottom! Truly amazing folks that work here. We would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for all our camping needs in the future.
