there have been numerous complaints regarding them taking money and not finishing.
my experience. hired him to paint a house for 10900. walked the building showing repairs. he demanded 6500 down. he pressure washed the building (wood siding) then never scrapped and amd sprayed half the building. never did a single repair. showed up 4/20 days. one excuse after another. left paint chips EVERYWHERE no knowing if it lead based paint. threatened to quit several times of i didnt give more money.
finally after three weeks i called his ins company and the certificate he gave me wasnt valid. FRAUD. i then immediate went to the police.
needless to say its under investigation and i have to go the whole court route.

I hired Bill Dudley to do roof work the summer of 2019. That October during a heavy rain the entire porch roof was leaking buckets. He avoided all calls and texts. After an award through small claims court for a judgment, which he has not paid, I hired a recovery company to get the funds. At Bill's request for a payment plan which was agreed-upon, he defaulted after one payment.
Throughout the entire process he became the king of excuses never showing up as promised and if he did show up left the job because he needed a different ladder or more supplies and never returned. He lied continually and had such a flawed work ethic making a simple job a virtual nightmare.
Take notice and do not hire this guy unless you wanna throw your money away and have a frustrating run around with awful results.

This guy took money from myself and family and never finished the job. My wife called and texted him numerous times with no response. Three months later and a door project was never completed. Never hire this guy for anything.

Please take these reviews seriously. He was a very nice man when he came to give me a quote. However extremely unreliable! He seemed to have an excuse why he couldn't come several days. The job was it to put up a tin roof, put in a new door, storm door and he said I needed to replace the wall on to the side of the door. Well he ripped the wall out put the door in and said he needed more materials. I now have a door that doesn't close properly, a wall that wasn't finished and is completely exposed to the elements and already has mold on it and a storm door that is still yet to be installed, a roof that was never started. Now I have to hire someone to come finish and take down what he did and replace. This project started 10/2/2020. I have left several messages with no replies for 2 months.

I get a snow removal from my abnormally large driveway every 2-3 weeks, or whenever there is a big snowstorm. It is currently July 23, 2020 and I do not see the snow plow in my driveway. I payed and signed a contract for every 2-3 weeks. I expect my driveway to be plowed every 2-3 weeks. 2 stars for effort tho.

William Dudley is a people pleaser with high energy. Unfortunately, he has limited skills and knowledge. He just enough experience to get in over his head. I won a small claims court case against him in September 2018 for subpar work in a bathroom, bedroom renovation, kitchen molding and porch project. Attached a copy of the judgement. It can also, be viewed at Queensbury records as public information.

He's cheap because you get what you pay for. He is excellent at manual labor cutting grass or trash removal. As long as it doesn't require higher level problem solving or thinking. Like measuring.....
