Amazing , kind knowledgeable people at this company. I called and asked for an appointment on Sunday , because my AC broke. The owner returned my call on Sunday gave me ideas on what I could try myself before scheduling. Amazing service and the issue was the filter needed to be changed. They saved me time and money and I got my AC working right away.

Had an issue with a backflow valve leaking and couldn't get ahold of the company that installed it originally. Jared responsed quickly to our request for help and came out the same day. Fixed the leaky pipe and we've had no issues since. We then called Jared and the Duct Bros. back to switch our dryer from electric to gas. Jared and his team did a great job with the gas plumbing and we ended up putting in a stub for a future gas water heater and future gas cooktop. They also replaced a leaky washer water hookup. Very professional and highly recommended. We'll use them again for any plumbing or HVAC issues we have.

On the second day in our new home, I felt water under the carpet in our basement! The only problem was that there wasn't any pipes leaking or anything obvious. I had no idea where it had come from.

I messaged Duct Brothers after finding them on yelp and received a response immediately. Within a couple hours Jared was here to help. Ultimately, we weren't able to definitely determine the source of the water-- since it was likely from an exterior wall (possibly rain or sprinkler issue.) So he left me with some good tips on how to narrow it down. They have since personally checked back in with me to see if there were any updates to my situation. I sincerely appreciate their service and will use them again for any future plumbing/water issues!

I called Duct Brothers and spoke to Jared and explained the issue, which I believed to be the problem through a Google search. Great experience! We had heavy condensation around a basement vent, and after a few calls, the soonest someone could come out and look was a week out. I went on Yelp to get more options - Duct Brothers were there the next morning to take a look, and the following day it was fixed - even had a blown fuse in the furnace replaced. We WILL be calling them this fall for the seasonal furnace tuneup! Thanks guys!

I could type up a long review detailing from start to finish how amazing these guys are and how they went above and beyond for us but I will try and keep it short. We bought a house that was built in the '60s. We have some major issues that the inspection company should have found but they didn't do their job right. We planned on remodeling the house however we have to fix all the major issues first. I called duct brother's out to look at an unrelated issue (major plumbing companies were quoting over $2k for an issue that wasn't an issue come to find out). They crawled into my crawl space (major companies didn't nor did they touch anything) and messed around with a few things completely fixing one of the issues (2 major companies recommended completely replacing stuff to fix the issue). While they were in our crawl space they found a major issue which made us stop using the water completely before they even finished looking around. They scheduled us next day to come in and fix everything. They were reasonably priced, reliable, friendly, informative, on time among other things. They spoke to the water company for me since I didn't know how to explain the issue and they also wrote a description of the issue so we can try and get our warranty company to reimburse us. Once we stop running into major issues we plan on doing 2-3 full bathroom remodels which we will call them in for since we trust their work. Basically anything they know how to do we will call them for. Stop wasting time calling out plumbers that are over priced and don't know what they are doing. CALL THESE GUYS! They are family and local owned veterans that will for sure have our business as long as we live here and we will be referring them to everyone we know.
