I hired Duct Brothers for inspection resolution HVAC updates while selling my current home. Travis was able to add required ducting, diagnose a short-cycling issue, order the parts and have it fixed ahead of the original estimate. Reasonably priced and a great job! What the duct?! These guys are awesome! I reached out on yelp and immediately got a response from Jared. I was very Impressed from my initial call with Jared, to the consult with the Duct Brothers and the days that followed with tons and tons of questions I asked before choosing the Duct Brothers after getting 4 bids from other companies. Communication was fantastic and scheduled date/ times went smoothly. Travis and Chris showed up on time and replaced our old system with a new Rheem AC, new Rheem 2 stage Heater, and a new Rheem Water tank. Travis, and Chris returned a couple weeks later to do a whole house Duct cleaning. It was then that it was discovered we needed a new PRV. Gilbert came out the next day and replaced our pressure reduction valve. Great Customer service, Great proficient Work, and overall Great team/ company. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Highly recommend. I had the unfortunate experience of a walking in to a partially flooded basement this morning. As it turns out the pipe that relieved my humidifier's drainage had rusted and blocked. This caused the water draining from the humidifier to leak out if the pipe and into my basement for about 3 days. I called Duct Brothers and they immediately assigned a tech to my problem. Gilbert came out and cleared the rusted pipe of blockage for $85. He told me all I needed to do to avoid the problem going forward was to pour a cup of water down the drain once a month to keep things clear. Gilbert also checked the nearby bathroom just to be sure there wasn't something else contributing to the problem. I feel like my basement crisis has been resolved and I appreciate Duct Brothers' fast, professional, friendly, and fair-priced response today. I'll definitely call them again for future work!

Duct Brothers has been absolutely amazing at helping my family with our investment property. I reached out to them about a leaky pipe and received a response back within 20 minutes. Jared has been a lifesaver when it comes to all the things that have been happening with our place. Since we first reached out to them in May 2020, Jared has addressed the following:
-leaky pipe in the basement
-fixed a homemade irrigation system that a previous tenant installed incorrectly.
-Replaced our corroded water heater in the same day for our new tenants.
-Installed a new Pressure Release Valve and a couple other things I can't remember right now.
-Will be installing a new AC/Furnace for the home.

He always gives me the no nonsense details I need to make informed decisions on the house. What needs to be addressed now, what can wait and what I will need to save for in terms of future repairs. I love that he asks me questions with regards to the home and our plans for it because it helps him to make the best suggestions possible for us. He's very transparent and explains things to me in a way that I understand (for the most part ) what's going on. I trust Duct Brothers so much that I've requested with my property management company that they be our sole vendor when it comes to all plumbing and HVAC repairs with our home. Duct Brothers offers us a tremendous sense of ""piece of mind"" when it comes to our home and we appreciate that, especially since we're all the way in Hawaii.

Their prices are very competitive with other businesses if not the best out of all the companies I initially contacted.

Another plus is that this a Veteran Operated/Owned business and I always love supporting our Vets!!! If all that wasn't enough, their logo is pretty damn awesome too.

Amazing , kind knowledgeable people at this company. I called and asked for an appointment on Sunday , because my AC broke. The owner returned my call on Sunday gave me ideas on what I could try myself before scheduling. Amazing service and the issue was the filter needed to be changed. They saved me time and money and I got my AC working right away.
