Were able to come out on short notice. Did not / were not able to do any work the first day, as they said they would do.
Came the next day.
I would not hire this company for anything besides entirely straightforward clogged drains or other plumbing lines that are clogged.
I needed help troubleshooting a French drain and the reality was that Hasting and his son couldn't or didn't follow what I was proposing, even with diagrams. The minute I started talking things that were elementary engineering and trouble shooting, Hastings started talking over me, pulled out his phone and called HQ, declaring that that would be more money. Both of them 100% ignored everything I was saying, whether it was because I'm female or they didn't understand or didn't want to understand, I don't know. It was a really big waste of $750 and I regret hiring them.

After calling all the big plumbing companies and nobody being able commit to come out for an urgent job, I called Ducor Plumbing about an emergency pipe clog on a Saturday afternoon. Hasting was responsive on a Sunday afternoon after a plumbing emergency. We shut our water main off due to a broken outside pipe. After calling several of the 24 hour plumbing services and getting recordings, Hasting came through! Highly recommend him.

Not recommended! Had him out to clear the main sewer line (VERY pricey for his slightly more than 1 hour of work). After he was gone I found my tile floor permanently scratched. Then, over the course of the following weeks, the toilet began leaking underneath. I took it off to see if I could fix it and found the old wax ring had been left on. Very shoddy work.

Great plumber! We had a broken pipe at 10:30 Sunday night. Mr. Ducor arrived within 45 minutes. He shut off the water supply to the house and came back first thing Monday morning to do the repair. Well done and reasonably priced. Highly recommended and will use in the future.

We have a newborn and on a Saturday night we had a minor plumbing emergency. Hasting answered the phone right away, and was able to come out promptly. He's honest (he told me it was a simple job I could probably fix myself next time) and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and plan to work with him again next time I need plumbing help.

I rarely write reviews but this plumber, this plumbing business is the spot on THE BEST. Hastings and his son have come to my house 4 times over the past 7 years I have owned this old home with old pipes. He is prompt, courteous, honest, professional and reasonable. He always tells me what is going on, what the good news is and if there is bad news - but he can fix it. His son works with him and he is just the same, hard working professional young man. Today is a Sunday and my sewer lateral backed up last night. But thanks to Hastings' prompt answering of my call and his Sunday hours, My lateral is cleared! I have the utmost faith in Ducor plumbing. I won't use anyone else.

The day after Christmas this year (2016) had a really grungy clogged double kitchen sink. I called Ducor Plumbing and Hasting came out quickly, and quickly unclogged both sinks.
Prompt, professional, pleasant and very reasonable. I have an old funky house and appreciated there was no attempt to upsell me new fixtures.
Getting ready to call him again for some other work and realized had forgotten to write this review...

Hastings is THE BEST! I live in a home with a sewer line not maintained by the county. Hastings has ALWAYS come to my rescue for any of my plumbing emergencies, day or night. He is courteous, professional, EXTREMELY fair and well-priced. I think he is the best plumber in Marin County and you can't go wrong by calling him. He is a good, good man.
