Ducks plumbing is great. I have used Ducks for at least three years and for many different projects. Alex, who owns Ducks has gone out of his way to do a perfect job. For example, I recently asked him to fix my shower because the water was coming out of both the tub faucet and the shower head. The valve needed to be replaced but of course the part had been discontinued. Alex worked through sever channels to find a replacement part. Not only that, but when he took the shower handle cover off the opening was too small for his tools (thanks to my original contractor). No problem, Alex brought a tool to grind down the tile (without cracking any of it). Alex has also fabricated some parts on his own to repair an outdoor sink. The list goes on & on. Alex never says, sorry that job is too small. Or, sorry I don't think I can get that part. Use Alex--you will feel like a lucky duck to have found him.

Alex was by far the best contractor I have hired. He was incredibly responsive and patient with all my questions and concerns. Many companies use scare tactics to push you into a rushed decision, but Alex was clear and concise with his recommendations. The project finished on time and no hidden/unexpected costs arose. Alex made the process of replacement my water lines and installing a new tankless water heater completely stress free! I'll be contacting Alex for all plumbing work I want done in the future!

Alex was 10 minutes early, very courteous, and I now have a dry kitchen floor to boot! He cleaned out our old pipes and forewarned us about potential future issues we may have. He even looked at our leaky pipe in the yard at no extra charge on the way out. Highly recommend Ducks Plumbing!

Alex is very professional. He was suggested by my neighbor across the street who said, ""I'd give him six out of five stars, if I could."" After working with Alex, we'd have to agree. We used Ducks to install a new floor in our bathroom, along with a new high-tech smart toilet (required installing an electrical outlet). We then continued working with Alex to rearrange our laundry area, which included removing our hot water heater and installing a tankless outside the house. Alex uses professional subcontractors too.

I highly recommend Duck's Plumbing and Drain. The pipe from the second floor bathtub drain was leaking into the garage ceiling. I was able to set up a prompt appointment and Alex came over and fixed the problem. Alex was very organized and professional, taking the time to explain what he was doing. Any plumbing issues from here on out, I am calling Duck's Plumbing and Drain.

Alex is the best plumber I've ever worked with. We gave our son who lives in Sacramento a new kitchen sink for Christmas (really - it's what he wanted). Alex ripped out the old, dented stainless steel cheap sink, had to trim around the granite (even though I thought the new porcelain sink was exactly the same size as the old one...) and had it installed in just a few hours. He added Instant Hot (which our son said he ""didn't need"" but now loves), replaced the garbage disposer and cleaned up the mess of wires and pipes under the sink.
I recommend Alex and Ducks Plumbing without reservation. He is excellent at what he does and is so pleasant to deal with. Can I give more than 5 stars?

Due to heavy rains I had a flooded atrium in my house. Pipe was plugged between the pump and exterior drain. Called Ducks Plumbing and spoke with Alex. He said he would be here the same day, around 1p.m. He called me when he was on his way and was here by approx 1:30.
He went to work and got all of the dirt/mud/debris out of the pipe.
I can't say enough about how pleased I am regarding his professionalism and he was willing to work me in between job. It was well worth the expense for the peace of mind.
We bought this house last year and have some other plumbing projects to be done. I can say that Alex and Ducks Plumbing is my go to when I need those projects done. So pleased.

I recently had some plumbing issues and was referred to Ducks Plumbing by a friend. I contacted Alex and he came out to figure out the problem ASAP. He was very honest and kept us in the loop with everything that he was doing. He did great work at a very reasonable price. I will be going back to Ducks with any plumbing issues from here on out.
