Jason and Rudy provide great service. They are very responsive and professional. Jason quickly diagnosed, assessed, and replaced our garbage disposal with a more powerful one. They were very courteous when I had to reschedule after they had already arrived, due to a slow response from my home warranty company. They wore masks, and foot protection due to the rain. Very positive experience. I'll be calling Duck Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

This is my second review of Duck Plumbing. I wish there were more stars to give. I called Jason yesterday afternoon because we are having a patio built and the contractor let me know they were planning on leaving an ugly concrete border (when the rest of the patio will be pavers) because they couldn't risk removing the old concrete around a gas line protruding from the side of our house. Jason came over with very little notice and inspected the pipe to ensure that it was not connected to the gas. He was also prepared to dig, if it was necessary to trace the gas line in our yard. Luckily, he was able to determine the line was dead. It was not exactly a plumbing emergency but it was an emergency for me. I did not want that ugly concrete ruining what I hope in a few more days will be a beautiful patio. Duck Plumbing is the best!

Exceeded all expectations! I sent a message to Duck Plumbing through Yelp for an estimate on replacing a water shut off valve and 3 outside hose bibs for our new house. I received a message back the same day with an estimate that was lower than all competitors. After reading the Facebook reviews I immediately booked the appointment. Within a week Jason showed up, explained everything, and the work was completed within 3 hours. The estimate was accurate and we are ready for winter! We just moved to Taylor and would definitely recommend Duck Plumbing and Jason for any and all plumbing needs you have. 5 stars all the way!!!

I had the opportunity to use Jason from Duck Plumbing to fix a hot water line going into a bathroom sink in a commercial property we own. Most of the time when I call plumbers I get the same scripted response on why they cant do it or maybe they can get to it in 4-5 days. That's if they even answer the phone. Jason picked up after 3rd ring and was very helpful in explaining what may be causing my problem. He made the effort to come the same day I called and was able to pin point the problem immediately. The water lines were old galvanized piping and was occluded with minerals etc. It was a bigger problem than expected . (Surprise, Surprise) Although he was not able to fix the problem right away, he did schedule himself to be at the facility at 830am within the next 2 days. Jason kept me abreast on the progress of repair via texts and phone calls. Overall, I rate his services as excellent and his prices fair. Would use again.Highly recommend.
