We had a terrible experience with Duck Duck Rooter. Two failed repairs by an inexperienced technician left us without water for 5 days and then we were billed for the warranty work when a more experienced technician came out. I have half a mind to report this company to the better business bureau for fraud. Now, here's what happened - we called the aforementioned company for an emergency repair on July 1st for a leak on an outdoor copper pipe that led to an outdoor spigot. The technician came out and worked on our piping, but the result was our copper pipe had a huge gash from the jackhammer work performed and had a pinhole leak. The tech's solution was to mechanically fasten a rubber piece to the pinhole leak and call it a day. We paid the technician $306 for his serviced performed that day. Later that night, our front yard had a huge puddle of water from the still leaking pinhole leak. I called DDR to come fix it. The technician immediately told me, and kept saying over and over, we would need to RE-PIPE OUR ENTIRE HOME. He attempted to repair the leak by cutting away more pipe, and the second fix also had a large leak in the shark bite he used. He also gashed my pipe a second time! He immediately told me he could not make the repair and that we would need to do a re-pipe. He called a colleague and told me it would cost $10,000! What a scam. I called the company back and fortunately a very good plumber came out and fixed the mistake. Lo and behold, on our 6th day we were able to turn our water back on! But, the ultimate slap in the face was when we got billed an additional $420 for what should have been warranty work. This company is a total scam. They attempted to hide their mistakes by selling me a way overpriced re-pipe on my house. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

had a contractor strike and break the main water line on the property on a Sunday afternoon. when I called, they were there within an hour and fixed the problem, and vented the air out of the system within an hour. Effective, efficient, responsive and personable on a summer Sunday afternoon. I appreciate that kind of performance very much.

Duck Duck Rooter was a big disappointment. They did not identify a septic issue when making repairs on a house we were purchasing even after completing a voluntary inspection (which we learned the hard way is not an inspection and they can't be held responsible). After service calls to address the same issues identified in the home inspection (which they supposedly repaired) I was told by one of their technicians that we were using too much toilet paper! About 5 minutes after stepping on our property another company immediately identified the issue as the septic system. Which now has to be replaced. Duck Duck Rooter was a $14,000 mistake.

Best company hands down! From phone operators to workers out in the field. The most polite, professional and responsible. Can't say enough good about this company! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Full septic system installed. They cleaned up everything. On time and worked all day. Shout out to Carlos and Damien. Great workers.

Needed to replace my septic system and these guys did a fantastic job. I was especially impressed when one of their workers identified a problem with the new main tank. Without me being told there was a problem, this young man contacted the office, removed the defective tank they had just set in the day prior and replaced it with a defect free unit. They owned the problem and made it right. We talk about customer quality each and every day in my profession, and Duck Duck Rooter's install team demonstrated what that means. Bravo Zulu.

I was in a Christmas frenzy because my septic tank was overflowing and pump not pumping. I called duck duck Ritter plumbing and septic services and they were amazing to me. Trying to explain my dilemma and not getting any results from a previous company in town here I did call duck duck in a emergency type thing and even expecting to wait through the holidays because today is Christmas Eve. My explaining of the situation was confusing to say the least and they took my info and Leah called me back. She was patient understanding and so kind and told me that she would help me get my septic up and running by Christmas. That no one should spend spend Christmas with their septic tank not working. So she said she would call me by 8:30 in the morning Christmas Eve and she did on Saturday, December 24th, and said I've got a guy coming and he'll put your pump in and if it needs pumped out I've got someone on call for that and it was amazing it was reliable, honest, service. Along with that,Very kind, and thoughtful and I didn't expect my emotions to get the best of me but it was overwhelmingly kind during a stressful situation that I had no idea what to do.

well 2 years after the worst service contractor experience in our long lives we had to call DUCK DUCK because the alarm was going off on the septic system. 2 YEARS AFTER WE PAID THEM $11K they wanted 2 K to replace the pump. SO IF YOU WANT TO PAY AND PAY a company that does not even return your calls once the bill is paid and do shoddy work so they can charge more later, these are your guys I WAS FORCED TO GIVE THE 1 star rating

We called Duck Duck Rooter several days before Ian was due to hit because we had two buried sump pumps that needed to be replaced. They dispatched Sean quickly who advised us on what needed to be done and what the best pumps for our set up would be. The office supplied us with a written estimate which was very reasonable, considering the urgency. Sarah was always polite and willing to listen to me when I expressed concerns about getting the job done before the hurricane. We were not able to get the pumps in before the storm, due to the time crunch, (not Duck Duck Rooters fault.) Sean showed up bright and early once the pumps were available and had them installed quickly with minimal disruption to my yard. We will definitely be calling Duck Duck Rooter the next time we need plumbing or septic services!

Out toilets blocked up with Hurricane Ian. Mark came out and was extremely helpful. Fixes our issues and was so pleasant. I would definitely recommend them. Will use again if we have any more septic or toilet issues.
