Hi, JEA notified me I had a possible leak. I contacted Duck Duck (love their name). They responded quickly and had Michael come by and replace my townhome shutoff valve and helped me isolate the problem. Michael was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. I did Not choose to go with this company for several reasons: When I called to ask for an estimated cost for the work I needed done, the female that I spoke with was distant, curt and disinterested in gaining my business. She was less than helpful only saying """"they charge $150 per hour and she had no idea how long the job would take""""..... I would suggest she either has additional customer service training on how to speak and treat customers or you Hire someone else who represents your company in the manner customers expect.....

We had marcal at our home doing work last evening and he was a great rep for the company ,fast,effiecent,very friendly and helpful qnd very thoughtful in regard to keepong home cleqn.He was fixing a busted toilet at 6:30 pm and had job done in 50 min. I was expecting to get hammered on rhe vill but from that it was fair,i think we have dound our plumper for all future work needed

Called on a Tuesday pipe leaking. Sure we will have someone out this morning, did not show up until around 4pm. Looks like a slab leak. Need to have another company come out and pin point the leak with specialized equipment. I called made an apt for the next day and that company was there within an hour of scheduled time. Thumbs up to that company HYDROSCOUT. They marked the spot gave me the info and I called Duck Duck with the same info. We will have someone out tomorrow between 11-2. Next day NO SHOW, I had to call and ask where are you. Sorry we had to divert for an emergency repair. What do you think I have. No water at all. Were sorry we will have someone out by 5pm. Wait this is a Slab Leak this is going to take longer than an hour or two. Oh we didn't know that, I told you the day before when I scheduled the apt. . Now lost a day's wages waiting on you and rescheduled for the next day. Work completed, called to make billing arrangements since I am not the home owner. We will call you right back, no call now the crew is demanding payment. Now I am footing the bill. Your Office blew this. Business earned by word of mouth, you will also LOSE business by word of mouth.
