Noticed issue early afternoon Friday. They had a truck with Greg out first thing Saturday morning. Gladly paid a small up charge for weekend service. Once we got it pumped out, Greg pointed out that the tank was in good shape and showed me that I had old clay tile pipes leading to tank and roots had invaded. He cleared that issue easily and everything is now flowing fine. I'll follow up on that line issue. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DDR in the future. Efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'Ve used three other services in the past. DDR is at top of list.

Continuing to be a very happy customer! Noticed a leaking exterior faucet outside my home. I would not recommend them. I had a number of issues with them. They did respond quickly to pump out my septic tank. Neglected to pump out the second tank and had to schedule another appointment. Which I also was charged for! Didn't seem very knowledgeable.
