I would not recommend them. I had a number of issues with them. They did respond quickly to pump out my septic tank. Neglected to pump out the second tank and had to schedule another appointment. Which I also was charged for! Didn't seem very knowledgeable.

I called Duck Duck Rooter on a Friday and told Jason, the person who answered the phone, that it wasn't an emergency. Jason told me that he could call me the following Monday mid-morning and we would set up an appointment for one of his technicians to come out to the house and check out a drainage problem I was having with my washing machine. Well Monday morning rolls around they don't call so at about 12:30 I called them up spoke to Jason again who told me he would call me back shortly and that there was a technician in my area that would be able to swing by and look at my problem. It's now over a week later he never called back and I never saw a technician. Evidently my business wasn't important enough to him to bother returning a call. So if you wanted to be treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally I recommend Duck Duck Rooter. You could bet your bottom dollar that will be the last time I call them and I damn sure won't be referring anybody to them. Hopefully I can find a plumbing company that will show me some respect and actually call back after I've spoken with them and not lie to my face and not bothér calling back. If you don't want/need my business or just too busy be upfront and say as much.

I believe the service received for the price is unmatched. I had a wonderful experience with Brian! My front yard was basically flooded and Brian came out and took care of everything in a very timely manner. As I mentioned before, the best thing about Duck Duck Rooter is the price! Brian worked quickly and got the situation under control. Duck Duck will be my first choice in future plumbing needs.

Call Darrell Crews Septic! Duck duck rooter was the worst; the workers had no idea what they were doing and not paying attention. They almost took down a power pole and line and told me to call to get it fixed. Huge fiasco. Sent them away I didn't want them on my property any longer no telling what else they would screw up. I found Darrell Crews Septic through a neighbors recommendation and they were great and 50.00 cheaper.

The lady on the phone was nice. The Man that came out for service was very helpful, fast and efficient. $295.00 later, all is well. He said our tank was very old and we should be thinking about replacing it with a new one. I am sure it all will cost about $11,000.00 or more. So, we must prepare. We were supposed to be connected with the city-with the """"Better Jacksonville Plan"""". But, the city fell short and ran out of funding. I want to wait. Because, if I spend this much money and then be told in a year to switch over, I will not be happy at all. This is part of being a home owner. Any suggestions or insight is welcomed. I feel like sh__! Lol

I have a rental property in Jacksonville and was told by my property manager that even though the septic had just been pumped, it was full again and the septic company they hired to come out said I needed an entire new system. I called DDRSS for a second opinion and Jason (the owner) quickly found it was a blockage in the drain under the house and just needed to be snaked. They sent out a plumber the next day to clear the drain. They saved me thousands and I'm thankful they had my back from me being out on the west coast.

We had our septic tank pumped about a month ago and ever since the ground looks like it's been falling into a hole that wasn't filled or the lids not on right, so we called them back and let them know what was going on and luckily we had the owner come out and fix it for us. He poured concrete over the lid I guess to fix it instead of getting a new lid, AND he decided to use our shovel, because he wasn't prepared. And instead of bringing some fill dirt like he said he would the previous day he decided to dig a hole somewhere else to get dirt and put a pool floating on top of it!! I sat back in awe watching this guy on our security system. THEN had the audacity to tell my husband that """"we normally charge people when they ask us to come back out"""" like no your employee messed up my yard, you're going to fix it!
